I’m learning to play guitar again and I have radiculopathy very bad in my right thumb, index finger and middle finger. What can I do because I can’t feel the pick in my fingers?

HELP, I bought a Marshall sv20h, a ToneX limited edition brown sound pedal and a Mooer 003 Brown sound pre amp pedal. I have a ox box, a presonus audiobox usb 96 and they all sound like there’s a blanket over my JBL monitors. Is it a audiobox issue?

How do I EQ my ox box software to get a good Van Halen 1 tone without using pedals going through a Marshall sv20h? I can’t get rid of bass and don’t know how to set up mic EQ’s and main EQ. Help!
