ExpressVPN customer support is hard to reach
ExpressVPN used to be good at customer support a while back. They had multiple ways to reach them. They had an email address prominently displayed on their website and you could just send an email to get support. Now they have gone down the path of agent driven chats. There's no email address on their support page. This is what happens when you need support:
- Agent is incapable of providing support and goes in circles
- Eventually you get "No. I still need help" option and then it starts connecting to a human
- You keep waiting while the window says "An agent will be assisting you shortly."
- .....
- Finally a human comes in, but prematurely closes the chat before you can fully respond
Some of us have work and it's a lot easier to just send an email and be done with it in 2 mins. Good customer support is one of the reasons I resubscribed to ExpressVPN multiple times. I have been a customer since 2021, but the quality of support has deteriorated significantly over the years, and I will be looking at other options
