when i go to post there is a button that has recently popped up that says "scan for ai"

so i clicked it for funsies then proceeded to stress test tf out of it.

pangram is a tool that substack runs.
you can use this yourself as well
you create an account, use the daily limits and it resets the next day if needed.
ofc, everything is set on credits too

so i wanted to test it,
i took one of my pieces, (this isn't anything to do with tarot btw)
and ran it through this test:

this is the original screenshot. i used one of my smaller excerpts so that it would fit on the screen lol

before posting this i consulted with others and also with my cards of

so i got ten of wands, nine of wands sideways and ace of cups
which (if you dont read cards)
it is basically just saying if i do post this,
-the responsibility is mine,
-watch out for witch hunts,
-make sure my intention is pure and not just "THIS READER IS AN AI READER" everything
- and that it could be a useful tool if used responsibly.

and since transparency is everything for me,
im going to add some disclaimers to using this program:

- there are possibilities of false positives especially with less than 50 characters when throwing it into the detector.

- this post is not to create a witch-hunt,
it is only to create awareness for those who purchase and receive readings.

i'm only posting this because i've been told about some developing tarot subreddits, and i think it's worth discussing as a community rather than turning it into something that feels personal and/or targeted.

readers should be able to participate in multiple tarot communities without worrying that their personal disagreements elsewhere will affect how they're moderated in the new area.

recently, a reader received a permanent ban from another tarot subreddit after leaving a comment under a discussion about doubting tarot.

nothing was bad about the comment,
it was a discussion with the OP.
many other had commented.

they were muted by the mods immediately after the ban so the person who was banned couldn't respond.

that's unfair regardless of who the moderator or reader is,

i don't think “you broke the community's rules” is enough information for a permanent ban.

if someone is removed, especially permanently, they should be told which rule was violated and what specific behavior triggered it.

i've noticed (and it's been brought up to me)
that some of the same moderators are increasingly appearing across multiple tarot communities.

there's nothing wrong with moderating more than one subreddit.
don't get that part wrong.

especially because tarot is a community:
people know each other especially since trust needs to be built,
and moderators are naturally going to participate in multiple subreddits when they've proven to be useful.

the issue is when seperate communities start sharing enough of the same moderation structure (and mods) that users no longer have independent/safe/neutral spaces to participate in.

because imagine this:
you and another mod got beef,
they ban you for personal shit.
that's cool, "idgaf."

but then you join a new community,
its great, its wonderful,
but that former mod from the old sub is now part of this sub’s mod team too.

reddit is too wide,
too.. uh, diverse to actually prevent everything so the better thing is to just share awareness.

well tbh, most the subs LMAO
so i want to acknowledge that upfront rather than pretend i don't have history.

i'm not posting this to reopen that or ask anyone to take my side in it.
i'm bringing this up because many other readers, clients and bystanders including people who previously disagreed with me have experience this type of treatment.

i think we need the community to discuss the actual moderation practice rather than reducing every incident to instant drama.

My reading style is intuitive, I don’t use tarot spreads & I don’t always read the cards in the order they come out. I let my intuition; spirit guides, & Spirit guide me. I read the cards that have been given to me. As a Querent, please remember that sometimes the cards don’t answer the question that we ask, they answer the question you didn’t ask out loud or they’re going to tell you what you need to hear.

I don't read about legal matters, pregnancy, health, or death. I don’t do timelines readings. I also stay away from direct yes/no questions. Open ended questions work best.

Basic 1 Question Reading: 16$ CAD -> This reading would be a 3-card pull for one question on the topic of your choice. Any additional questions will be 11$ CAD each.

Choice A or Choice B: 25$ CAD -> Are you stuck between Choice A & Choice B and looking for some clarity on what choice you should make? In this in-depth reading I will ask the cards what will happen if you make Choice A and what will happen if you make Choice B. That way you’re equipped with the information you need to help you make the best decision for yourself.

Monthly Forecast Reading: 30$ CAD -> Lets check to see what energies lie ahead for the upcoming month or if there’s anything or any obstacles to be on the lookout for.

In-depth Love Reading: 35$ CAD -> This is going to be a multi-question reading, with a maximum of 3 questions, where we ask about your current love situation. Depending on the situation, these are some of the possible questions we would ask:

-> What are your love interest’s current feelings for you?

-> Will the relationship stay currently as it is, will it become platonic or is there a chance for a romantic relationship/romantic reconciliation?

-> If there is a chance for romantic reconciliation, what steps can you take to help facilitate the reconciliation?

How it works:

~ Send me a message with your requested reading and we’ll discuss it and make sure I am the right reader for you.

~ Once we’ve determined I’m the right reader for you and the question(s) that will be asked, payment will be due via PayPal.
