This isnt all of our shoppers but OMG the ones we had to say almost made me wanna quit my job.

If you're gonna crash out the moment you can't find something or balloons take too long. Screaming at us because you don't agree with our 2hr inflation window policy is not our fault. Stop verbally abusing people at the register because you have the emotional regulation of a flea. If you're in a state that requires reusable bags, please ask the front end associate BEFORE you check out as there is a fee for the bags, we're not allowed to give out free bags. We literally cannot hold your hand and find every item for you, front end associates cannot leave their stations and shrieking at them because you can't find a tube of glitter is absolutely not the way to have them help you. We're bare bones on staff right now and it's a corporate issue. We know. We hate that we have 2 people in our big ass stores as well. Give us some grace please. We can guy you to aisles but we can't stop what we're doing for every shopper that comes in and do the work for you. That's not how that works. Like come on, none of us get paid enough to be going back and forth over someone's weird balloon order. Patience is a virtue. Especially if you're coming in at a busy time. Saying that you're with Instacart doesn't override policy nor does it gain you special privileges like free bags because you forgot to ask for one.

Signed

A Michael's employee that almost walked out twice today because literally these shoppers don't know how to behave.

I've had a rough couple weeks so I feel behind on my work. I'm caught up but I find myself not being about to retain any of the information.

We got to the integumentary system which I knew most of the information about as I'm an Esthetician. But muscles? Nervous system?? Completely elude me.

How did you guys stay afloat without drowning 😭😭
