I’ve been going to the same gym last 3 yrs
Just wanted to check if people switch gyms? Does it help with better workouts lol?
The gym i go to has had a lot of fit people leave and join other gyms around. So now my gym is mostly sausage fest and I dont really feel like going anymore
I’m competitive so seeing fitter people around me makes me push myself harder. Does the same happen to you?
