Another boring landlord. Tenant disagreement

First off, I'm a 42-year-old lifetime renter and I've never had the issues that I've had before now and have never had to make any kind of contact to legal advisors in order to figure out what to do.

I'm going to State several issues which are all basic information but have more depth in each situation:

  1. Shows up unannounced randomly, several times, throughout the week. I've lived in rented properties and have had less communication with those owners for years as opposed to this landlord for the past month.

  2. It's a community housing so he tries to randomly knock on doors and getting in, he snoops around and makes assumptions that people are smoking in units which is not true.

  3. Randomly showed up knocking on my door to 'talk to me'. He tried to impose an app, that was not approved by my app store, on a third party site. Doing this one-on-one he was very aggressive in the way he wanted me to download this app. I never did download it, which made him angry.

  4. He made a profile on that app without my permission. Giving all my information that I've given him to that app.

  5. Has an ongoing construction project which is turning as many areas of the community areas into bedrooms. I swear if he could have made the kitchen and bathroom into a bedroom he would have.

  6. From the construction he has poor construction going on. Live wires, open electrical many electrical infractions that not only go against the Canadian electrical code but the building code in my area. And he pretty much turned the only living room into bedrooms and just put up a wall of drywall, some mud and tape and called it a day then started moving people in.

This one's way more in-depth because he was also deceptive during the walk-through for renting this room and he said it was ongoing construction but it wasn't. It's been like this for a year. Then I set up a building inspector appointment but he called them and lied to cancel that appointment.

  1. After finding out that I set up that appointment, he cut off my internet access, and has cranked my heat to unlivable temperatures. It's well over 40° c. In my room even if the outside temperature is 10° c

And just a side note, I really feel like after trying to get lawyer information and advice and just digging around trying to figure out laws and everything that pertains to everything that I've mentioned. I've come to the conclusion that landlords have way more accessibility when it comes to the legality of everything as opposed to the tenants.

In the end I feel like he's created hazards and lied, and takes no accountability because he knows he can get away with everything.

Playstation's customer service is atrocious.

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever used.

Bought a new ps5 pro and got it home, very excited because the first one I've had in a couple of years. So I get to putting in the account and I have an old account with tons of games on it, but when I enter it the 2 factor authorization is using an old number.

I call up and give them as much info as I can but they say they can't change or deactivate 2 factor authorization over the phone, only through the live chat. Kinda weird but ok.

Waited 30 minutes for a real person. They take my information and I request the 2 factor authorization be disabled so I can add the new number. They ask me some security questions, which are outrageous, like what is the serial number of the first PlayStation you put your account on? Who knows that? So the guy asked me if I still have that PlayStation, I'm pretty sure it was a PlayStation 4, and no that thing is long gone.

Then he asked me about the latest purchase, the order number and the first and last four digits of the card used. I gave him that information and he said that the information doesn't match up.

So a little confused. I call up and the guy tries using that information to authenticate me over the phone and I give him the same information I used on the live chat and he's able to confirm it. I tell him what happened and he looks into it and he realizes that the customer service agent entered in the information I gave him incorrectly. So he made a note on my file, and gave me a case number and said when I talked to live chat again give him the case number and say what happened and give him the exact information to authenticate.

After giving the live agent all the information the agent asked me for the authentication information, before I could give it They said "sorry we can't help you due to a security reason".

And then ended the conversation.

I've got screenshots of everything and it's such a weird interaction with customer service and after hours dealing with this. Not only am I not able to get into my account but there's something weird going on with it now.

Now my concern has turned from getting to the games that I bought, and not being able to access them. Them. To not being able to access my personal information that's sitting there right for the picking.

Why do I feel like it's easier for a hacker to get my information from Sony PlayStation than it is their own customer.

Anyway, I'm so over it now. I'm just going to play some Solitaire and drink until I can't see the card numbers anymore.

What's Dragon Ball: curse of the blood rubies all about?

Is this like a different timeline that takes place after Goku and Bulma meet?

All the same characters are there and some of the same jokes. I just started watching all the dragon ball episodes in chronological order, last time I watched dragon ball it just came out and I was a kid, lol.

Just have to say this s**t is off the wall and I can't believe I watched this at a young age, but it also explains a lot.

Also I know eventually dragon ball does have the multiverse introduced, but have never seen dragon ball z.

Just seems crazy if they planned all future episodes like 10-30 years in advance. Like they knew it was going to be a hit.

Wow that went everywhere.....gg everyone.....hi
