So not to long ago I was giving a 12 mini with 75% battery health and using it as a secondary iPhone was good but my main iPhone recently stoped lasting for more than three hours. This isn’t on iOS 26

So awhile ago I cracked the back of my iPhone and after the last few updates legit I can’t type even posting this I have to re type almost everything. My issue is recently my iPhone can’t even last 3 hours. I don’t have the money to get a new iPhone. This thing barely works 😭. I have a 12 pro but the top speaker is busted but kinda works so everything sounds horrible.
