where to get good bangs/ shag type haircut?

I want to get bangs like these with a shag type haircut. I asked before and the Instagrams of the stylists recommended didn't have many bangs in the style that I'm interested in, so I'm asking again with references to show :) I have thick coarse textured hair and have grown out my baby bangs to where they're now touching my glasses so I need something done to them lol

SAHMs and working dads, how do you split the load?

Wondering how y'all are splitting the time between parents and what feels fair. We have a 7 month old girl and I'm wondering what is normal for others and what feels good and balanced?

edit: I use the word fair because I feel kind of burnt out and like I'm on call from 5am to 9pm everyday even though he helps out when he's home. the only actual block is for sleeping. he does overnight and she wakes up once usually. I want to ask for a guaranteed block of time to myself each day (830 to 1030 am, he goes to work at 1130am til between 6:30 and 8pm) so that I can actually feel like I can relax instead of feeling like I always have an ear out for her needs. I was wondering if anyone has blocked out time like that. he goes out after work 3-4 times a month and I don't have evening activities. I want to have time instead to do creative stuff or self care on a regular basis that I can look forward too. I have a hard time asking for what I think I need, which is why I'm reaching out here to see what other people do and think. I'm the SAHM.

7 months n a few days, trying to incorporate lots of texture

noodles sucked on a little and thrown to the floor, same with zucchini...and chicken... lol, but the serenity kids chicken stew is always a hit! she liked sucking the puree off the noodles at least. she just sprouted her first tooth and enjoys gumming stuff so hoping that translates into enjoying these textures even if not eaten. first time trying the chicken. second time with noodles and the zucchini is time like 5 or 6.

I think I got all the grocery stores. I'm wondering where you go and for what and why. I'm looking for the best produce, not necessarily the cheapest. Also the best baby food/snack options. Oh and if you get dog/cat food from one. I'd love to not have to make a separate trip.
