2015 Sienna SE, 1 owner, 218kmi, $8k?

Hello! Looking for a reliable 2nd vehicle. Will drive max 5k mi/ year total, but would like to be able to use it on a vacation trip if needed.
Looks like one of those little lots that buys at auction and flips. Very clean pictures, Carfax shows 1 owner + no wrecks + clean title. Looks like it was traded in to a dealer, then sold at auction to this lot.
In my market this looks like a great price ($8,000). Would you be comfortable with that mileage + year combo? Any specific maintenance things to check? Going to pay $200 for a mobile PPI (private, not lemon squad).
Trying to finally become a Sienna owner after other impediments in the past and appreciate any input! (Hopefully replacing our main driver with a lower mileage one next).
