In a $5 bag, still can't believe it and had other coins aswell! Some silver coins

Need some help identifying this one, it literally says silver but I never seen this before

Need some help, I heard a raised 800 is fake? But it sorta inside and raised slightly inside, any help is appreciated

Bought this at the thrift, paid a good amount of money, $270, thinking it was 18k gold but now im starting to think it isn't, I am planning to go to a shop sometime this week aswell to see if its real or not. Wish me luck
