Doing my biomedical science dissertation on saffron, curious if a clinical-dose gummy would actually interest people
I'm currently working on my dissertation in biomedical science, looking into saffron extract and its effects on mood and stress. I grew up in a culture where saffron was used pretty regularly, so I've always been curious about it, and now I'm looking into the actual research behind it.
I'm thinking about taking this in the direction of a clinical-dose, third-party tested gummy that tastes like candy so it's nicer to eat, and I genuinely don't know if that's something people would care about or if it's pointless.
Have you tried saffron supplements before? Did anything change? And honestly, does "clinical dose" or "third-party tested" mean anything to you when picking a supplement, or is it just noise at this point?
Not trying to sell anything, just trying to figure out if this is worth pursuing or if I'm overthinking it.
