Click counting 2.5mg dose from 5mg pen

Have been on 2.5mg dose for 8 weeks now and due to go get another prescription. More than happy on the 2.5 dose and not wanting to go up, however I am thinking of asking for the 5mg pen to double the time I get from it (to save money). Can anyone explain in basic simple terms how to do this?

I asked last time at my GP and he strictly said no thats not the manufacturers instructions, but I see so many people doing it.

No international transaction fee

There are barely any Qantas points earning cards currently with no international fee. Partner and I have churned most (if not all banks) in the last 2 years, so I was going to get one last one with no international fees. Bankwest World card looks good but $35k in 5 months is impossible, and not a fan of Commbank so not going with their ultimate card (plus no sign on bonus points at all). It seems like banks are ditching the no international transaction fee benefit on most of their cards.

Max heart rate anytime I do cardio

I have been strength training for a few years now but wanted to add some cardio into the mix. I lose my breath very quickly on even a slight incline walk. All cardio I have tried so far puts me at my max heart rate (180bpm) within a minute of starting. I am trying to incline walk at 8% at 3.5kph and I am slowly lasting longer (so far can do 1km, about 17 mins), but is this the best way to improve cardiovascular health by sitting at max heart rate?

The thing is I am not puffed at all, I am not desperately trying to catch my breath, but my heart rate is just max almost instantly. Should I lower the incline maybe or should I stick to doing what I am doing to get fitter faster? Any suggestions would help, thanks!

Base for a one month stay

We are looking at a base in the countryside to explore England for 28 days. We will stay in London for a week first (without a car) to do all the London stuff, but want to explore the rest of England.

We have found a few places in Northamptonshire, specifically near Old. Is this a good base?

I should add, we will have a rental car and love driving so being in the car and long distances don't bother us at all (we live in Australia so driving 2 hours just to have lunch is normal and doesn't bother us).

7kw EV charger with 5kw inverter

New to the whole EV charging and solar, however we had a 16kw battery with 5kw inverter installed (pre deciding on an EV). We are now getting a 7kw EV charger installed next week, however unsure of how it will be set up.

As the inverter is only 5kw, does that mean the charger will only charge at 5kw (less the house load)? Or can the EV charger be set up so it charges from the grid only (we will have 3 hours free grid charging each day with Globirds zerohero plan).

I will ask the installer but just didnt want to sound like an idiot, so thought I would ask the question here first.

Classic Reward Cancellation Fee Mistake

I recently cancelled 3 flights for our 4 person family, and made the stupid mistake of thinking it would be a 6000 point cancellation fee per person, not per flight per person.

I understand how stupid it sounds now, and how it makes it clear it is per person per flight, however I'm now down 72,000 of my hard earned points.

Anyone had experience with them refunding even a part as a goodwill gesture? How would I contact them to request this if it may be possible? If not, I completely accept it was my fault and will just suck it up.

Farm Stay

We are Australians that have never been to the UK or Europe in general, but wil be fulfilling our dream of coming over to England and hoping for a 6 week farm stay on a private cottage/home on a farm.

We would like to do all the touristy things in London, so hopefully within distance where we can do a day trip to London and surrounds. We will be hiring a car so car travel is fine and happy to do road trips.

Any suggestions for farm stays for 6+ weeks? Also long term car hire, we will be travelling Europe after the farm stay hopefully in a car. Is this possible?

We are very overwhelmed and not sure where to even start. Any suggestions would be amazing, thanks.

St George Signature

Has anyone had any recent experience with the application process for St George? Have a few big bills that need to be paid by the end of the week, applied 2 days ago. Do they offer a digital card once approved? How long did the application process take? Have already submitted Payslips etc.

Health Insurance

Has anyone had any luck asking their GP to put each dose on it's own script for health insurance claiming purposes?

I have a high limit for non pbs pharmaceuticals, but they only pay a maximum $75 per script. If I could get each dose (so a week) on each script and just put in 4 scripts to get the pen I would be able to claim basically the whole thing back.

I saw someone else said they did this but can't seem to find any one else who has.
