6ft 1, 39m, From 285lbs to 224lbs. Finally getting some commitments from coworkers, gym people, etc. I wish my progress showed a little better, I'm definitely having some body dysmorphia issues 😅.

Started at 2mg/wk

Currently holding at 10mg/wk

One 12 week cycle of CJC/Ipa (nothing noticed, haven't returned to it)

225lb was a lifelong goal weight (I was 426lbs at one point in life). I thought it would feel more satisfying than it does. Not sure what to do at the moment. Maybe try for 200lb.

I just had both cats replaced under warranty. I know it's been an issue for some reason. My service advisor said they updated my software that should help prolong cat life?

Anyway, how do these prices look for getting some maintenance done? I feel a little better having the work done at work if I'm not getting completely taken for a ride. They seem decent to me, but what do I know.

After these, I will research whether I need any transmission flushes or maintenance.

I thought originally I had 3 small leaks.... Turns out I've found 11 seam leaks and a 12th that's a small puncture. I have the vinyl cement, but I'm not feeling very confident anymore after all the discoveries.

Is it worth attempting? Can this many seam leaks be salvaged?

Opinions needed.
