Crazy civic sense when it comes to following traffic rules!!

I agree everyone has to reach the office on time but where is the civic sense? I waited for like an hour just to cross the tunnel meanwhile the authorities (4) handling the traffic couldn’t handle people going in the opposite side tunnel 😭.

I am looking for a gaming and coding laptop to buy with a budget of less than 1,00,000.

Requirement for a good GPU: should possibly run games with 6GB VRAM.
CPU is fine until and unless it no less than 10th Gen
I don’t really care about storage as I have 4 TB external and one 512 GB SSD from an old laptop.

Also should I be worried about the screen ? 1080p ,4K????
