I had to wrestle a feisty heifer on the beach (photo taken before disaster)

I had to wrestle her to the ground because I tried to walk around her and apparently was in her personal space. (I didnt even make eye contact and she just decided it was time to have beef... pun intended... with me!!)

My Boss fired me 5 days into my job after learning I have ADHD and take medication for it.

So basically, I was almost 18 (17 but by the time the camp would start I would be 18) and in need of a summer job. The job was a camp counseling gig and had three weeks of operation; The first week of the camp was for camp counselor to get used to the camp and learn how to do camp counselor stuff... The second week was girls, the third was for boys. I started on Friday and spent the nights there in a cabin with a bunch of other female counselors and a giant case with all my stuff in it. Anyway, I was doing good... making friends, learning how to counsel the camp and all that... but after 4 days I realized that I hadn't told them about my medication (Theres a rule where all medication has to be given to the nurse to be distributed.) and so being a good, honest woman, I told the leaders of the camp about my medication (Dexmethylphenidate EX) for ADHD and asked where the nurse was. They told me the counselors don't need to give the nurse their medications so I just went back to my bunk and chilled w the other counselors.

The next day during fingerprint stamping for background checks (My checks were clean btw) I was called in to the office of the head of the camp and told to pack my bags to leave. They said I hadn't done anything wrong and would even recommend me to other jobs if I wanted, but that they needed someone who, this is the actual quote, "Someone who is able to handle a job where attention to detail and multitasking is needed.". Do you guys think this is ableist/a stupid reason to be laid off or was she right in thinking my adhd would make me less good at being a counselor. (Btw I had been taking my medicine during the days of the camp so there would have been no way that they could tell that even with medication that my adhd was too much. I had been polite and kind to them the whole time and made many friends w the other counselors. I don't know why they would fire me other than blatant Psychoableism. Do y'all agree?)
