hey guys looking for opinions on goldzenn?

I recently bought a Miami Cuban 14k bracelet from them and I love its shine, fit, and craft, plus markup was also very very fair.

I was curious though I dont hear many people on this page talk about them. I hear mostly about bayam, Lirys, and Daniel jewelry.

any experience with this company?

approved and purchased for ccw over 2 weeks ago. still sitting in issue pending on my licenses and no movement at all. is summer slowing things down?

I was finally approved back in mid June, bought my pistol immediately next day after and im still sitting in issue pending, haven't even been switched to active yet so im assuming they've done nothing for my license regarding adding the pistol, printing it, and sending it out.

anyone get any correspondence from down there?

638 tech in a building looking for advice about going back into the field and want some advice?

I have been in the same building now for a couple of years now. I enjoyed it a lot in the beginning but now im starting to despise it. I loved it due to no on call, and no commuting back and forth to manhattan

but now? its getting worse. due to the fact that we were hired as on site emergency techs the company we work for is putting us in an almost "corporate environment".

We are being forced to complete paperwork tasks, computer trainings, and mandatory meetings. We rarely ever do work and when we do it's basically handyman BS like hanging shelves, fixing leaking faucets, and doing regular maintenance on the units.

The cherry on top is the favoritism my chief shows some of the guys on our crew. we have 2 man shifts 24/7. My coworker and I are routinely asked to complete majority of the work while the night shift sleeps their time away and the other shift just basically handles on site vendors. (i'm afternoon). (by the way these tasks are never HVAC related its always stupid things like mentioned before).

Because of this ive made the decision that I want to start looking to get back out there In the field. I can no longer sit around like this and feel good about myself and also deal with a chief who is clearly biased, which I also hear is a big problem in the operating engineers world.

What's it like for employment right now? will employers be less inclined because I spent to much time inside a building? I know the stigma attached to that. what are your thoughts? (we maintain a building with Cooling towers, multi stack chillers, and chilled water units). thoughts?

anxiety about wearing pieces?

I just bought a 14k 8mm Miami cuban that weighs 45 grams. I live in nyc and I get nervous about wearing it out.

I also have some necklaces and other stuff but I try not to wear them when wearing the bracelet.

how should I navigate this? is an 8mm 45 gram bracelet risky to walk around in as a weekend wear piece? should I definitely keep away from wearing that and my chain at the same time?

just got CCW approved. waited just over 6 months. submitted dec 9. I purchased a canik mete mc9 prime last week. anyone know how long license division is taking to get licenses sent out at this point?

now that im licensed im also curious where you guys are carrying and what your recs are on carry pistols? I know in nyc we basically cant carry anywhere. no restaurants, food establishments, public transportation, municipal parks, and most businesses in nyc are against firearms.

are you guys mainly carrying when in your car or taking a walk? what's the consensus? im in Staten Island btw not sure if that makes any difference.
