Best way to save on roaming while in America & Caribbeans for 10 days?

5 days in southern states and 5 days on a Caribbean cruise.

Hoping to still have access to data / voicemails for GPS and family emergencies. I know Asia has very affordable pocket wifis, is there anything similar to this that I can get in Toronto prior to the start of my trip to save $$? It will be for 2 adults.

Upgrading to “Plus Bundle” okay?

It states that it includes a personal item, carry on bag, checked bag and flair express.

For a family of 4, the cost of this bundle is still quite a big difference from West Jet, Air Canada and Air Transat.

I’ve only ever heard bad reviews about Flair mainly regarding the no carry on bag rule for basic flyers. But would this Plus Bundle upgrade still make our flight miserable?!

Port Orleans Riverside vs. All Star Movie?

Will be spending 1.5 days exploring the resorts and not entering any parks - including meals at Polynesian, chilling in the hotel pool & exploring around Disney Springs.

The price difference between the two is about $900 CAD for a 4 night stay in March.

If I save the $900, I may possibly get park hopper or maybe a 3rd day at a park (already have full days at AK & MK planned). What are the pros and cons of each resort?

Kiddos are 6yo and 3yo. Family of 4 :)

Epcot + Animal Kingdom only for first timers?

Kids are 6yo and 3yo.

First time going to Disney World for the entire family. We will be coming off a cruise and headed to Orlando. From the videos that I’ve seen, I feel like my kids will enjoy Epcot & Animal Kingdom the most.

Will it be crazy to not go to MK for the first timers?! I feel like so many of the rides are either for big kids or a bit on the scary side for my kiddos (dark & animatronics).

Thoughts?

ETA: this will be for March 2027 so I wonder if all the construction in AK will be done by then?

Type of bags to bring as a mom?

Does the Destiny ship have towels, water and bathrooms readily available around the kid water/pool areas? Or do we have to bring on our own from the rooms before heading there?

I will be staying in deck 2 so it’ll be a long journey up to the entertainment top. Originally only wanted to have a fanny pack for important items but now wondering if I should pack a humongous beach bag to carry around within the ship (towels, sunscreen, snacks, waterbottles, wet wipes, etc…). Same with when leaving for Castaway Cay & Lookout Cay?

Thanks

How busy will Magic & Animal Kingdom be during Canadian March Break (March 13-17)?

From my understanding, American spring break lands at a different time so trying to get an understanding if the parks will be okay to manage with a 6yo and 3yo at this time? I am either looking at the above week preferably or if too hectic, possibly March 3-7.

Also, any tips on staying at the Drury and visiting the parks from there? TIA

St. Joan of Arc / Churchill Meadows OAC Gym - AC or no AC?

Looking to see if the gym connected to the Churchill Meadows Library on 3801 Thomas St. has air conditioning?

My kids current summer camp does not so making sure this building’s gym does (which I think is part of St. Joan of Arc)
