Is this a common bug in Cayo

My friend and I decided to load up Cayo Perico. After 3-4 failed attempts (I'm new to Cayo), the guards' point of view gauged the whole map. We instantly restarted, and on our next run, we encountered double the number of each guard, including the moving ones. They all had different routes. There were some other bugs, like the safe and my friend's animation while using the fingerprint cloner. Is this common?

Yesterday I Found a Baby Swift

Yesterday, while walking to Lidl with my friend, I found a baby swift that had fallen from its nest. It was around 7:00 p.m., and by then most veterinary clinics had already closed. We went to the last pet shop that was still open, hoping someone could help. Although it wasn't a veterinary clinic, the employee advised us to feed the bird flies. Later, I learned that baby swifts should be fed crickets instead, but by then it was already between 8:00 and 10:00 p.m. The wildlife rescue center wasn't answering the phone, so I did the best I could. I made the bird a temporary enclosure and kept the room warm by setting the air conditioner to 30°C so it could stay comfortable through the night.

The next morning, I woke up as early as I could and called the wildlife rescue center. They directed me to a specific veterinarian, and we immediately took the bird there. Sadly, just three or four minutes before we reached the clinic, the little swift passed away.

The veterinarian told us that, even if we had managed to bring it in earlier, it most likely would not have survived because it was already extremely weak and severely underfed. Hearing that was heartbreaking, but it also reminded me that I had done everything I reasonably could with the information and resources I had at the time.

I only wanted to help. I hope that, in its final moments, the little bird felt safe and warm rather than frightened or in pain. Although I couldn't save its life, I hope that knowing someone cared made a small difference.
