Afterfive's coffee syrups and juus' drips

Could someone tell me if they have recently tried syrups from afterfive. They are not too expensive compared to other brands like monin (about 1200 pkr for 250 ml) but I am seeing a lack of reviews on the brands. The flavours I am are butterscotch and french vanilla and maybe tiramisu if it gets restocked.

Also would anyone have any reviews or comments on drips by juus. I am going to buy their bundle with all four flavours (lotus, hazelnut, salted caramel, and milk chocolate). The reviews i see are very differing. Some say they're horrible, too sweet, that they leak, or that they just taste artificial and that the influencers promoting them have been paid to do so. Some say that they're the best thing ever. I dont know which side to choose.

If anyone has any reviews on the brands, I'd appreciate the help a lot

Electrical Engineering

Long rant but bear with me

In life I've had no passion at all. I just know I want to get rich, and I want to work really hard to do that.

My family is mostly just electrical engineers, and we're not rich but we're not poor or struggling either.

Like we can't afford trips abroad (I've never been abroad) unless necessary, and we need to check for discounts and stuff when eating outside, but we can buy whatever we want. So generally, I see being an electrical engineer as a nice career path. Ik that if I work hard and land a good job in a good company, I wouldn't have to count my pennies before ordering a meal.

The thing is, one year has already passed of me studying EE. I really can't keep up with it. Like I can catch up during the summer breaks (hopefully) but there's so much to catch up on.

I barely passed this sem (no As and mostly just Cs and Ds). The first sem I got a LOW gpa, so I was determined to do better in the next sem, but I ended up wasting all my time. I feel so ashamed.

I wasn't even a bad student in high-school (all A* and A in olevels and Bs in alevels). University was like a truck driving over me, reversing over my flattened body, and then staying on top of me.

Sometimes I feel like I'm not made for EE, but then a motivational video on insta shows up along the lines of "every engineer thinks like this in the beginning" and then I think maybe it's going to be all worth it.

I'm feeling so behind though, like people my age or less are already making money (through freelancing or whatever else), they already have businesses, they have high GPAs, and they atleast know the basic stuff of EE.

For me, I'm just taking up space.

Electrical Engineering Resume

Seniors and alumni, Hi!

What would a typical EE resume look like that would have a chance of notability?

Would you focus more on courses or projects? Would you list down non-technical internships and voluntary roles to highlight your soft skills, or would you focus more on keeping your activities technical?

What would you recommend your first year self to focus more on?

What are a few things you regret?

What do you wish you could change?

Have you ever looked back at the past few years of your life and wished to have chosen another degree?

Any answers from kind souls would be very appreciated, thankyou for your time!

Hi everyone

Theres been a certain issue I've been facing for about a month now.

My HP elitebook keeps on freezing. The screen would go still and the mouse won't move. Since it also supports touch, at first I thought instead of the mouse maybe the touch would work but it doesn't work either.

A solution to this is that I have to press the power off button for a while until the screen goes blank and then wait to restart the PC.

Now this has become a recurring issue. A few days ago, the same happened during a class presentation and I had to profusely apologise to the teacher and explain what happened, which was embarrassing.

If anyone has any fix for this, please tell me.

My laptop isn't even old either. It's early May right now and I bought it last year, in 2025, during mid-March.

Uhhh

As you may have read

I got a gpa of 2.3 in my first sem.

I didn't take studying srsly, and thought gpa doesn't matter. It's only a semester later and I realize how wrong I was.

Guys, any tips and tricks to up my GPA to atleast a 2.8 would be very well received, thanks

(I'm in EE Seecs)
