Yellow/ green discharge that smells like the "leaf" (if you catch my meaning)
I don't smoke, don't do drugs, drink alcohol occasionally due to 1 kidney, I eat healthy, exercise, I wash myself with water down there, no soap etc. I get really bad cramps on and off, my discharge is so acidic and quite literally causes burns on my vulva and bikini lines to the point skin peels off sometimes and it bleeds. I have had to start using Nappy Rash cream such as Bepanthen on my Vulva and Labia to protect it and I have to wear sanitary towels every single day now, I go through 3-4 towels a day. This has been on and off for about 3 years now since I last had Sepsis due to a pelvic infection/ burst ovarian cyst in 2023. I have been on so many antibiotics over the past 3 years for this (they put me on amoxicillin and that was not strong enough to get rid of it) and doctors are telling me to self-test for BV (even though it's not BV as I've already tested) it's not an STD/ STI because both me and my long term partner are clean (he is also super hygienic due to his Autism) and we don't do it unprotected. I have PCOS/ PMOS and I am on Wegovy weight loss jab and Slynd Drospirenone contraception. I have suspected Endometriosis but I have been waiting for a referral to gynaecology for 6 months now. My partner is understandably worried about me because I nearly died from having Sepsis twice in under a year, both times due to pelvic infections. What should I do? Doctors are fobbing me off with the "just lose weight and it will go away" talk...
