Spiritual cleansing results

Has anyone ever had a psychic perform a spiritual cleanse that actually worked?
My psychic said that I have negativity energy that was placed on me since before I was born. (honestly this could very well be true because my father was pretty disappointed that I wasn’t a boy. My parents had had like five abortions before deciding to keep me so they weren’t necessarily thrilled that they were pregnant. And my father has an ex that he was with whom he pretty much wishes, he never broke up with. I think she might’ve been very jealous of my mom for getting pregnant and out that negativity towards her/me in utero.)

I’m the type of person where trouble always seems to find me. I feel like I take five steps forward in life and then 10 steps back.

I know that I can do cleanses myself via saging and baths and oils and candles, which I honestly do use but not super consistently. This cleanse is a nightly bath every other night for the next two weeks. I just started yesterday and I’m wondering if anyone has ever done something like this had it work?

Hiring SLP-A’s under you license

Hello all,

I’m a SLP in SOCAL. I work full-time in the schools and part-time in a nursing home and home health setting with geriatrics/ adults. I’ve done clinic based and home health pediatric therapy but I find that pediatrics are just too demanding. I like to take a lot of vacations and an a 30 year old single girl with a pretty active/unpredictable social life so, it’s hard to make a consistent commitment on weekends or evenings. With that being said, I partnered up with a pediatric home health agency, hoping to supervise SLP-As however, they informed me that they do not hire SLP-As Instead, I can hire SLP-A’s under my own business entity since I do have an LLC. They’re offering me $90 for 60 minute session which is a bit low, but not the worst. I figured I could pay the SLP-As $60 and I take $40.

Does anyone have experience doing this? I don’t know why I am just now realizing that this is a possibility to make passive income.

Color wow extra strength dream coat review

I’m so upset I just spent two days doing my hair. I just did crochet looped straight hair… my leave out turned into this in five minutes of a dog walk in California. It’s not even super humid here. It’s honestly more dry heat.
Any advice?
This color wow dream coat spray did nothing for me. I’m considering trying Paul Mitchell’s skinny serum

ABA or Speech therapy?

I’m having such a rough school year because my school district decided to change the assignments so that there is a preschool only treatment team.

With that being said, I’ve been split between five different schools servicing a total of 57 students (the case has gradually increased. It started off at only 40 in the beginning of the year, but is at 57 and counting.) honestly, the schedule within itself isn’t so terrible. I think the biggest issue I keep running into is misdiagnosis from the psychologist… so often so many of my students have processing disorders, learning disabilities, and/or ADHD, but they get mislabeled as autism.

Additionally, one of the biggest challenges is the fact that I have so many preschoolers who don’t even truly need speech therapy when what they really need is behavioral support or even occupational therapy to help with their impulses and sensory needs.

I feel like instead of trying to improve speech I end up working on remaining seated during lunch, refraining from reaching and grabbing out of turn, etc

I know that it’s preschool so this is what comes with the population, but I’m just really frustrated that these kids keep getting misdiagnosed and that my school doesn’t have an ABA therapist or more behavioral support in place.

Do other districts deal with the same challenges?

I’ve been using it consistently for two weeks and this is the week that my period started and my face has broken out pretty badly. To be honest, I’m kind of disappointed. I know there’s such a thing called acne purging related to trying to tretinoin or any new product but I’m wondering if it ever gets better for hormonal acne of if I should try a new regime.

I feel like my acne is all very hormonal because I literally only have acne on my cheeks and only get it one week before my period. Other than that my skin is pretty perfect aside from acne scars that I have due to the breakouts.

I’m not on birth control and not interested in doing so because I already have a low AMH level. I’m vegetarian and most of the time vegan. I don’t eat dairy too often. Honestly, since I’ve been Plan B for the last eight years, I’ve noticed a big difference in my acne, but as I get older and my hormones change, I’ve noticed it’s increasing again.

I have some small fibroids and take DIM to help manage my estrogen…

I think that’s pretty much all that might be affecting my acne, but I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions
