Need new credit card

I’ve had a comm bank ultimate awards card linked to QFF for a few years. I pretty much use it for everything and rarely pay the monthly fee as my spend is between 4 and 5000.

I’m looking to replace it given QFF is gone and I have no interest in the yello garbage.

While I do ok, this stuff is not my forte. Is my understanding correct that if I want a QFF linker card (say through Westpac) I have to pay annual fees and a fee to get Qantas points?

Does anyone have any suggestions for where I could look? Alternatively I might go back to what I had before… a 28degrees Mastercard.

Driver door clicking/rattle

I have a 2023 swift sport that I picked up recently with 37000km. It’s just started to make a loud clicking or rattle sound (more like clicking) in the driver door. Happens on some rough roads, and I first noticed it when in cruise control as I was driving out of a tunnel on a slight incline so the engine increased revs a little to maintain speed. Nothing obvious when I tap on the door card but my guess is it’s coming from the part of the door that opens first (behind the wheel exterior door handle). Any experience with this?

Would you buy a 3-level townhouse?

What would it have to have (in terms of layout) for it to be a yes?
What are the dealbreakers?
Would many people (aside from disabled) be a straight out no?
