Lucky me last night I was at a show and got to stand next to her.
She was mostly fine other than asking me stupid questions like “are you a fan of the band?” Uh, what? No I hate them. 😂 But the one drunk behavior she did that I hate is turn around constantly to look at me, or look at the people behind her instead of toward the stage. All night. I have a non drinker friend who does this too so I guess it’s not exclusive to drink people but…stop trying to make eye contact with me we’re not talking while the band is playing! 🤦🏼♀️😂
I know it’s not THE Red Bank fireworks but is this going to be a traffic nightmare? Road closures? Or just a regular Friday night traffic nightmare?
Anyway I’m going to The Vogel and I had just intended to park at the train station but now I’m wondering is the town going to be packed? I know it seems to always be nowadays but a fireworks situation is a whole other thing.
I also figured I’d just take the train. But that idea doesn’t seem great at the moment. I also really don’t want to go early in this heat. 🥵
I don’t. I mean, I don’t know my neighbors beyond a wave or “good morning” here and there. For context, I’m a single female on the ground floor.
This morning at 2:30 AM someone rang my doorbell. Twice. Of course I didn’t even get up and peek out the window but wtf?? Under what circumstance would anyone think THAT was okay?
I’m just assuming it was a mistake and not an ax murderer.
It’s been 7 months and I have two sweet lovable big boys now, but damn I still cry for her. I needed her to stay longer.
On my millionth rewatch and Kelly is about to meet Tara.
I’m keeping my young coworkers updated on my rewatch (not sure they care lol, but just daily chit chat) and I told them oh yeah Tara goes all single white female on Kelly. Had to explain that. 👵🏻
It’s on Netflix in case anyone wants to watch it. They’re going to this weekend. 😂😂
So does anyone have hearing loss along with tinnitus? I assume it goes hand in hand a lot.
My doctor said I have a mild, low level hearing loss and I’m sure it’s gotten worse over the years. Soft spoken men with deep voices are the worst (sorry guys lol). And at work, people know about my issues and yet, continue to whisper to me. Guys, you don’t need to yell but just please speak in a normal voice.
Another issue that has come up is parties. We have a work holiday party and I get so much shit for not going. There’s a dj, dancing, open bar, fun time. Except I’ll have to have earplugs in so I’m not in pain or make my tinnitus worse and I won’t really be able to talk to anyone. People don’t understand and just call me antisocial. I can’t get them to get it.

I just woke up from this weird ass dream. I was in some kind of public bathroom and who is there but Milton Berle! Wtf??
He was walking around in full Round and Round drag. I left the bathroom and found my older brother and said you’re never gonna believe this!! Then he came out with someone pushing him in a wheelchair. My brother goes “Omg! Milton Fucking Berle!” 😂😂😂
I just had to look him up. Dead since 2002. RIP Uncle Miltie.
So. Weird.
I realized over this weekend that my friend of many years blocked me. Out of nowhere. No fight, no disagreement.
We are both women in our 40’s. I thought we were beyond this kind of childishness and if there was an issue she would have said something. Let’s talk it out? Nope. Poof, gone!
I’m the type of person who overthinks a lot. I just can’t come up with any solid reason she would have done this. I forgot to answer her last message to me but it seems like a wild overreaction to block me rather than just be like “hey did you see this?”
