People don’t believe I’ve never been in a relationship. Should I be happy or sad?

For context I’m pretty well-groomed, I speak well, and I’m an extrovert around most people, so I guess people assume I’ve been in relationships. 😭

But I’m a Gemini, so you know how it is social, curious, and confident on the outside, but the moment things start getting emotionally serious, my two personalities start having a debate.

So yeah, somehow I’m 21 and still haven’t been in a relationship.

So… am I actually unlucky, or am I just taking the long route

Women online say I'm funny and give good vibes but they all live abroad people around me don't appreciate me at all. What am I doing wrong?

I'm a 21 year old guy from Hyderabad India and I've been single my whole life. Not because I'm a creep or desperate . I genuinely haven't tried dating seriously because I'm not financially stable yet and I live with my parents. I have this thing where I won't pursue someone unless I can actually treat them right.

Here's what confuses me though. I'm pretty active on Reddit and I talk to a lot of people mostly foreigners on my main account. A surprising number of women have told me I'm funny, I give off good energy, and some have even hinted they'd say yes if I asked them out. That feels amazing to hear, but they all live in completely different countries.

Meanwhile the people around me in my city don't seem to appreciate me the same way. The women I like don't live near me, and the ones near me don't vibe with me.

I'd rate myself a 6 or 7 in looks, I'm genuine, and I always approach women with good intentions. But I feel stuck like I'm likeable to people I can never actually be with, and invisible to people I actually could.

I'm not looking for a date from this post. I'm genuinely looking for advice. Has anyone felt this way? What do I do with this gap between how I'm perceived online vs in real life?
