Intermittent P2015 VW 2.0 Tsi 2010

Since a few weeks i'm having intermittent P2015 codes on my 2010 VW Scirocco 2.0 Tsi. Slight history on the car, bought it 4/5 months ago, full service history, and had a head rebuilt february 2025. Car still drives fine with cel on dash.

Got a cel a few weeks ago, and after reading code with Car Scanner on android, and a generic OBD scanner, i get P2015. Seems to be related to the swirl flaps in the inlet. P2015 unfortunatly can mean a variety of things. Could be the flaps are stuck, the sensor on the manifold is faulty, the actuator for the flaps gets overextended, etc. I don't think the flaps would be stuck, seeing the head has been rebuilt a bit over a year ago, meaning the inlet manifold would have been off. Already checked the plug to the sensor, but to remove/replace the sensor, inlet manifold needs to come off. And then it seems i have to replace the injector seals to, as they come off with the manifold.

I think the cel gets triggered on decellaration. I have a fancy steering wheel in the car that shows various info, including if a cel is present. On decell i can see it jumping from 0 to 1 sometimes.

I don't mind spending to fix it, but i hate to throw parts at it untill its fixed.

1st post on here, hope this is enough info.

Unpopulair opinion, busses need their own server.

They are everywhere, and it's seems 95% drive like they stole it. Flying past everything, ignoring every road rule.

P2015 and misfire cilinder 4 help.

First post here. I've had my '10 2.0 Tsi for a few months now, and loving it. But last week my CEL came on, with a P2015. Checked the actuator, and seemed to have backed out a little. Pushed it back in, cleared code and it seemed fine. Until today. Blinking CEL, with P2015 and misfire cilinder 4.

Car had a head rebuilt 5k km ago. Not in my possesion, so can't claim any warranty there.

Should i just bite the bullet, and get a new intake?

Final version of my custom buttonbox! (for now...)

Finally satisfied with my buttonbox. Replaced the text of the 1st version with logo's. Had to make them myself, as i couldn't find any 3d files. Added 3 more buttons on the side.

New buttonbox + question.

Been a while since i did any driving. Setup my customised setup again and was annoyed that my previous button box did not have enough buttons, and i had no clue wich button did what. I build the previous one before i had a 3d printer.

This is my new version. Pretty happy with it, except i don't like the text that much.
Does anyone have a 3d file of all the logo's i could use beneath the buttons?
