Always forget how yummy this is. Did it on the grill for awhile at 300* . And then just ate the yummy meat
Smoked a prime brisket for my husbands birthday and also tossed on two pork butts. 22hrs or so at 225-250 and then rested for 2 hours before pulling. Moist. Smokey. Yummy. Smoked with bourbon and whisky pellets and mopped in apple cider vinegar. After I think 12 hours is when I put in tinfoil pan and tented.
So do I take a chance? It’s a local gas station that has a lot of decent food.
I don’t drink milk much, but make cheese occasionally and love using cream on my coffee. The guy I buy my straw from also sells milk. The line is where the yummy heavy cream to the top starts. Had to share since for whatever reason this sub popped up.
I smoked a 20lb prime brisket for 18 hours for my husband’s birthday. Tonight I made some easy fried rice with some of the leftovers. Might not be pretty but mighty tasty.
