Active discord servers

Hey all - does anyone know of any active discord servers dedicated to PMOS? I see a few server invites have been shared here, but a lot are either inactive links or dead servers?

New Skates <3

After getting some suggestions from you all, I traded my boardwalks for the Lunas. I’m still waiting on protective gear and toe guards, but I switched out some parts to make them outdoor friendly.

Sizing help

I purchased the sure grip boardwalks size 6 (in womens - 5 in mens), but I have wide hobbit feet.

The length seems good. I’ve double checked my measurements and I’m right at 23cm, but my toes feel squished, especially on the sides. I wore them indoors for 15ish minutes and my feet did get a little numb/tingly.

My question is, is this normal? If not, is there a way you all would recommend widening the toe box or is sizing up the ideal solution?

I plan on going to a local shop tomorrow to ask for some help.

How did you implement the habits that support your health?

We often know what we need to do, but I want to hear how you’ve implemented the change/habit.

Eat 30-40 grams of protein every morning, what do your meals look like?

Strength training 3-4x a week, how did you drill it into your routine?

Take supplements daily, how do you remember?

How do you hold yourself accountable? What has helped you the most?

Has anyone experienced long-lasting heartburn after being on Metformin for 6+ months?

I was on it 8-9 months (750mg) and suddenly had really bad heartburn that lasted weeks. I’m curious if others experienced something similar. I always had digestive side effects, but the heartburn was new.

X-Pole customer support is awful

I received a pole with a bent retention ring that fell out. I contacted X-pole, and it took over a week to hear back (and contacting them through several channels). Once they finally got back to me, they suggested I put the ring back in with pliers, which I've told them I don't feel comfortable doing, and I would be happy to send the piece back for a replacement - it's been nearly two weeks, and I still haven't heard back.

It's my first pole, and I did a ton of research and decided to purchase from them... but as of right now, I would not recommend purchasing from X-pole US.

It's such a bummer...
