Where do you think the metro should be expanded to next?

Delhi metro has a plan to expand to 695 km from the present 416 km network by 2047. This feels awfully less for such a timeframe. Where else you would you want new corridors and extensions be made?

How the heck am I supposed to make babies stop crying??

I have my pediatrics rotation and whenever I go in to auscultate a toddler's chest or abdomen, they start crying :/

I let them hold the diaphragm too to let them know its not anything dangerous but they still cry. Their parents just scream at them and that makes stuff even worse man.

I got a rubiks cube lol and a kid just straight up chucked it back.

Fellas help a 2nd year out please!

After 70 hours, I'm happy with how my city turned out! Population 190k, 9 tiles on Xbox

Loads of public transport usage at 15k and traffic flow of 87% lol.

How do I make this intersection better?

Hey guys! Playing on Xbox here.
Before I tried making this roundabout, all of these arterial roads converged into a single massive intersection (I know, rookie mistake). Then I made this roundabout, but traffic still keeps backing up inside it and on the roads.

I was thinking of making a diamond interchange and redirect Dexter somewhere else? Does anyone have any better ideas.

PS: Ignore the trashy riverside, I promise I’ll fix it lol.
