I watched the LIA/Fahey court video...

The full court video is 2+ hours. I skipped through all of the police officers being called after i realized it was a boring discussion of what the no trespassing sign looked like and what condition it was in.

Quick thoughts on the back and forth between LIA and Fahey from a non lawyer and, as you may know if youve seen me here, i think both of these guys are a waste of time and space.

-LIA is hopelessly outmatched in this setting. As one example, he was trying to articulate a question to Fahey to demonstrate that Fahey had never explicitly told him to not visit his home or contact him. Fahey reiterated over and over that as a convicted felon, LIA shouldnt be on Fahey's property. LIA had no idea how to counter and I feel like a real attorney would have been able to fight that. LIA's "best" counter was "Im not on trial here" and Fahey pointed out that yes indeed, he is.

-Fahey is an angry man with impulse control issues. He did ok here, but hes just an angry guy. LIA got in trouble for provoking him, but the guy takes the bait way too often.

-After saying he had no further questions, LIA looked at Fahey and very clearly mouthed "bitch" to which Fahey said something like "what was that?I couldnt hear you" and LIA tried backpeddling and said something like "just answer the questions."

I think the case against LIA isnt very strong, but hes doing such a bad job here, that he just might lose.

LIA in court today for Fahey incident last summer

I dont personally care what happens. Representing himself pro se.

He went live before going in to court and freaked out when his camera person panned to his car, which i find just hilarious given his profession and how his fellow auditors love to film peoples cars/license plates.

How did you discover the world of "auditing"?

I am genuinely curious how people found this stuff because i find that most people have still never heard of it.

For me, it was 2 years ago. I was seeing what old Mike Norton, aka KULT News, aka NewNameNoah had been up to. He spent years, decades maybe, creating content to expose the Mormon church, the church i grew up in and still consider my "home". He had a video up referring people to his new kult news channel.

He had created "KULT News" as a gimmick on his original channel to do "man on the street" type stuff as mormons would enter various religious meetings, it was decently funny, I gotta admit.

I checked it out and found it kinda humorous at first. Then the algorithm gave me LIA, BAT, AP/Watching my Dad, Press NH Now, CTI, KCA, and FAPA. The more I watched, the less amusing it was and the more I learned of how sinister this stuff really is.

Sedona AZ Internal Affairs find officers innocent in April incident with Amagansett Press/Watching My Dad

Facebook doesnt play well with reddit and im certainly not going to link the AP video but you can find the report on the city of sedona facebook page. Not surprised one bit. AP/Watching My Dad started the encounter well off the public sidewalk and on the business' property. Im sure theyll talk a big game about suing and then wont.

AP and Watching My Dad instigate physical confrontation

Im not gonna link the vids but AP and Watching My Dad were in colorado, got into an argument over a parking space, and then when a guy wouldnt let AP walk along the sidewalk, AP hit him subtly with his big ass camera and set off a confrontation that featured unblurred kids faces and a ton of commotion.

I despise these guys.

Re: All of the "Learn how to raid!" posts.....

I understand the frustration of people who enter without a mega, or people who leave the lobby with 3 seconds left and theres only 8 people left, burning a raid pass, or the people who switch their mega to lead, get it knocked out, and then dont realize they have to heal it to break the last shield. And I understand that people making these posts are doing so to vent. I stand with you in your frustration.

But not one single person who needs to read any of that is on reddit. Your effort is all for naught, unfortunately.

KULT News with a new strategy

Mike is testing the waters in pivoting to "auditing" psychics. The gimmick is to stand outside filming until they come out and then hit 'em with the absolutely hilarious "if you are a psychic, didnt you know i was coming?" bit. hilarious. just absolutely rolling on the floor laughing out loud.

I cant say i hate it because I think psychics are a scam on the same tier as frauditors, but we will see how far it gets him.

Halfway through the reveal.......

Going after the hamsterwatch leak of firs letters of names, they have skipped over 1 a and 1 d......the Angela and Dee rumors are looking really good about now.

EDIT: Skipped an L name.....not sure if there has been an L named returner/reality tv contestant?

EDIT2: No second R name!!!!

EDIT3: No S name....but there has been a T and a Y, both not on the leak. So perhaps T and Y were alternates and the S and L were replaced?

Whats a sitcom that you enjoyed from the beginning but once you rewatch you realize it took longer than you thought to develop?

I hope I articulated that ok.

For me, I loved shows like "The Goldbergs" and "Parks and Rec" in real time but on any attempted rewatch, i struggle to get through the first season because it feels like a different show.

Another day, another loser gets exactly what they want....

Watching BAT's return from hiatus with two "bangers" as he likes to say.

In the most recent episode, an employee of a community college rips BAT's phone out of his hands and begins to delete his videos off his phone. Another employee keeps BAT's phone and refuses to return it for reasons im still not clear on.

This isn't the way to fight frauditors. This is giving them exactly what they want, and on top of that, both of these employees are almost certainly going to be fired. This just feeds the loser mentality of BAT and his fans, that they are somehow fighting "corruption" in our government.

Sigh, I just wish there was more awareness of this garbage. When they show up, ignore and quietly report it to the proper place.

EDIT: Forgot to include that the guy who took BAT's phone is allegedly on the Megans List in California. If thats true, this college is going to have even more questions to answer.

Anyone else just absolutely love the Airline show?

Early-mid 2000's on A&E. Camera crew captures moments from LAX, Chicago Midway, Baltimore and Houston in the Southwest area.

Its so fun to get a peak into life 20+ years ago. Most of the series is on Youtube.

For anyone who watches it, who is on your mt rushmore of customers? Im going with Big Bill Gutweiller, Sharon Mcenerney, The southwest interviewee who loses her mind, and the grandma/daughter in law/son trio that couldnt board due to oxygen.
