I Genuinely Don't Understand People Who Complain About Iron Man.

I come here as a tank player who is just extremely curious about why you think people still complain about your character. I think the hate is unjustified.

I go into quickplay frequently and see Lord Iron Mans run the lobby, and every single time, there's someone on my team who is screaming that someone needs to shoot the Iron Man or that Iron Man is broken when they get one that rolls the lobby. I see some people get absolutely melted by this guy, but honestly, I feel like that's just because people in this game simply don't know how to position and get cooked for it.

But I'm genuinely curious what y'all think and your experience with rolling in lobbies-- what enables you to kill people, and why do you think people struggle against your character even though he's not amazing?

How Come Nothing Dies On This Character?

I've been trying to get into this character for a while, but it feels like I can't kill anyone on this character. I do the swipe-pursuit combo constantly, sometimes even dashing into healers, and it seems like nothing dies. I even wait for my team to engage before trying to kill Supports and they just don't die. The thing that gets me the most is when Jubilee puts down her orb, she genuinely becomes unkillable. It just feels like her damage is so low and I don't know how to mitigate that.

How Do I Stop Missing Snowball on Spider-Man?

I feel like every time that I throw it out against a Spider-Man that has just grappled onto me, I miss it as I'm getting popped up even though he's right in front of me. I genuinely don't understand the logic of the hitbox: I thought it was supposed to be massive, but it feels like when it's against Spider-Man, it moves right through him.

Do Emma Players Ever Experience This?

I don't know if other Emma players experience this, but I'm curious: whenever you have a game where the supports die a lot, they'll constantly complain about not getting peeled for, even when you're constantly grabbing divers like Venom. Yet they still don't die because no one focuses him. Is this a regular occurrence for anyone else? It happens every so often and it gets me both confused and annoyed at the same time.

How Do You Hit Consistent Dashes On Console?

Hey. I've been playing this game on PS5 for about 700 hours, and I still struggle with BP dashes. I'm a tank player, so I don't have the same time as someone who dedicates their entire time to DPS, but as someone who has 37 hours on Magik and 25 hours on BP, I feel like I hit my dash refreshes very inconsistently. And I feel stuck. If I slow down, my DPS will suffer if I take too much time to aim, but if I try to rush, I feel like I'm more prone to missing. So I just feel trapped.

If You Disconnect Because You Lost The Coin Toss....

I want to enjoy dice rally. But I have experienced this like 5 times today, and I just need to rant about it. I load into a match. I win the coin toss. I go first. Then, as we're connecting, suddenly the game server cannot connect to the other user. Weird. I win another coin toss. The same thing happens. And then, miraculously, when I lose the coin toss and I go second, suddenly the servers are just fine. Wow, I wonder why. This has only happened when I win a coin toss. Only time. And it's happened to me before in ranked and other events in the past, but getting hit with it multiple times back-to-back has just sent me.

If you disconnect before the game starts because you lost the coin flip, I actually despise you. It's one thing to immediately surrender at the beginning of a match because you didn't go first, or maybe you have a trash hand. Sure. Fine. Whatever. But if you are actively disconnecting until you get a coin toss win, you don't want to play Yu-Gi-Oh. You just want a massive advantage against your opponent, and you just want to win. You are exploiting a part of the game because you know you won't get punished for it. You are extremely obnoxious, and I don't respect you.

And honestly, this should be fixable in some way. If someone does this, it should load up the game and treat it as a disconnect or surrender IN THE GAME, as in, I get the win if my opponent just wants to rage quit because he didn't win the 50/50. It's absolutely ridiculous to me that this is not a feature present in this game to prevent people who exploit this specific thing in the game.
