Looking for new desk chair

Hi All!

I'm hunting for a new desk chair and seem to have run into impossible expectations.

My former desk chair was a fairly plush executive chair. It was very comfy, and felt good to sit in for hours, but the armrests weren't adjustable which cause caused some neck pain/imbalance. The piston bracket underneath cracked so now the chair is super unstable and wobbly (attempting to find a new bracket, but it's a pretty old chair (10+ years))

I ordered a new chair from Costco, some gaming chair which seemed okay, but it is the most godawful uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in, so I'll be returning it as soon as a narrow down a new chair.

This brings me to my list that I need your help finding.

- I'd like a chair that's soft and comfortable. I don't typically sit in the chair all day, I work construction so ideally I'd like something soft to fall into for a couple hours of gaming at night.

- I'm also trying to find a chair with adjustable arms so that I can position myself at my desk properly (The non-adjustable arms in my old chair constantly bash in to the front of my desk since they have those huge loop type supports)

- I'd like to keep the price below $1000, below $500 if that's even possible.

- I'm around 250lbs, so something that can support 400+ is probably better

- I'm in Canada, so if I can avoid importing, that also be nice

I feel like I'm looking for a unicorn, but maybe someone here knows of something.

Thanks everyone!

New Dim Sum suggestions?

Hi Everyone!

My partner and I have been looking for a new Dim Sum location ever since Ha's closed.

Today we tried Cafe Orient. It was good, but seemed to have a very limited variety.

Would love to hear other suggestions or hidden places that could be fun to try.
