This convoluted layup system seems uneeded. Late contests should ONLY interact with the ball not the meter, so it should either be a block/foul. Why is out of place defense being rewarded by this weird fluctuations on our green meter, thus making layups more complicated than 3ptrs in a Bball game

The same layup issue from 2k26 im already foreseeing in 2k27 with these inside gameplay

One of the big issue with layups is that because it’s so dynamic even if you have a high inside rating even if you greened it if there is a late contest you’ll still miss. The dynamic meter will change drastically and it’s hard to change when you’re locked in with the green. Compared to shooters who even if they’re contested and it’s a small window from the beginning they sort of already know where that window is and can lock in and shoot it. So now if you say the layup change is a skill issue my question is… is it fair to have a system where layups are harder and more inconsistent to go in than 3 pointers?

Hopefully they fixed layups this year, it was infuriating to miss layups even though you got a green release just cause the meter changed afterwards, layups shouldn’t be harder than 3ptrs

Did you know Tajweed is faradh (mandatory) upon all Muslims! As we all pray & must pray correctly without any lahni jali mistakes. Not just for the Imaam, it is mandatory from doctor to the uber drivers & everyone in between it is fardh upon all Muslims.

Surah Fatiha, Na’ziat, Abbasa, & A’la in the recitation style of Khalaf An Hamzah

Which (riwayat) Quran recitation style is this?

It seems like it’s Khalaf An Hamza by the way he stops in the middle of some ayat however it still sounds a bit different from other reciters on YT who recite Surah haqqah in Khalaf an Hamzah

What are your thoughts on Uttara Rupayan City?

Hey community so I’m from NYC and planning on moving to Dhaka with my wife. I asked you guys some recommendation places if money was not a big factor and there were a few good ones, Gulshan banani, for the prestige and upper class, baridara for the security or DOHS zone, and Dhanmondi for the scenery and lake.

Today I stumbled on to Uttura, specifically Uttura Rupayan City, and it’s been blowing me away. It not just one condo, it’s like a small gated community so I get safety, there are villas and penthouses so there is prestige, there are many stores and amenities inside the community so everything is streamlined and simple. Not to mention I’ll get things like a pool and gym amenities right on my finger tips which I wouldn’t have renting a random flat in say baridara. As someone who doesn’t really have relatives to lean on I feel like this place is giving me the best of everything.

What are your thoughts on the matter?

If money was no issue and you could live anywhere in Dhaka where would you live?

Let’s say you move from NYC to Dhaka with your wife and want to live in Dhaka for a few years. It’s just you and your wife so you don’t have relatives so you’ll have to do everything from groceries to errands yourself. Which place has resources stores/ restaurants near by, scenic, safe, and upscale and you can live with your wife and it’s not too busy but also not too lonely. Once again money and job is a non issue.

Some recommendations I see are:

Uttura sector 4

Dhandmondi near lake park

Baridara diplomatic zone

Gulshan 1 and 2

But would love your opinion.

What’s the next best meds to take if SSRI side effect isn’t allowing you to be on them?

So I went to my pcp and told him I saw an old bully and have been ruminating and overthinking and being triggered and he said it’s due to anxiety and wanted me to try SSRI, I tried Lexapro, Zoloft, Prozac and realize they all give me the same side effect after being on them for just a day or two I get severe urinary retention. So I stopped taking them and bummed I can’t be on them to see the benefits, I wanted to ask are there any secondary meds I should try out next for my issues? Chat gpt recommends buspar.

How feasible is travel from Sylhet to Sultanpur Women Madrasa for a year?

Quick question, I’m getting married and moving to sylhet housing estate. However my wife has one year left studying in sultanpur women madrasa. Google Maps shows it’s like a 45 min drive. Her schedule is from 10Am -4PM

Realistically would it be better for her to transfer to another madrasa in sylhet, or would she be able to travel for a year to sultanpur to finish her studies.

If you have the money and want to move from the U.S to Sylhet where would you go?

Basically wanted to ask what’s the Gulshan of Sylhet? A nice place with security upscale, and resources like hospitals schools madrasa etc in an affluent neighborhood.

So I’m a U.S citizen, I have my own house. And I rent out the first two floor and live on the third with my parents and have been working for 10 years and bringing my wife from BD soon as I just got married back in BD.

However I’ve been thinking, we live in a alright area in NYC however I would rather find a better neighborhood but finding a big home anywhere in NYC with house prices is a pipe dream. Also I make around 70k$ but I know once the wife comes and if I have kids it’s going to be a stretch just juggling everything. As expenses are also very high, taxes groceries, bills this and that every month.

So now I’m thinking should I move to BD after my wife comes and become a citizen. I’ve heard if you have the money there is now more facilities and resources. I can rent out my whole house and with the money the expense is super low in BD/ Sylhet. Live in a very nice and luxurious neighborhoods and sylhet, have the masjid right in front of my house and live peacefully raising the wife and kids. Vs being in this house in NYC in an alright neighborhood at best trying to make ends meet with my income.

What are your thoughts? Where would you go in this position?
