Emergency! Google nest dead and not charging, water leaking from attic a/c unit.

Edit: Fully resolved, thank you everyone. Posted update in comments.

Realized my house had been hotter than normal all day, and found my Google nest controlling the upatairs a/c completely off/dead. Plugged it in to charge and nothing is happening. Then I noticed a leak in the hallway nearby, and followed it to the unit in the attic. Found this big pool of water collected, and a small leak from a hole in the unit just outside the collection area. Is any of this normal?

This is an emergency because I keep many reptiles that cannot withstand this continued level of heat, and need to get this figured out ASAP. Thanks.

Application is still open and I can hear my mouse interacting with the application, but the screen just goes black except for the mouse. When I press the windows key, the background application becomes visible. Please help, thank you.
