Will my printed coupons work for others?

I take advantage of the printed coupons Kroger mails me every month or so based on my past purchases but occasionally I have no use for some. I now distribute my unused coupons throughout the store near said items. I don’t want to cause confusion and waste others time (including mine). Will these cause an error for others (accounts) or will they still scan to benefit others?

Fasting…when did you decide enough was enough?

For those that added fasting to their T2 management:

How many weeks/months did you do this before seeing more stable numbers?

Once getting more stable numbers are you no longer fasting at all or still occasionally?

Transverse abdominal exercise suggestions

At my recent PT session the therapist suggested I focus on transverse ab muscles (hoping this is my last mile towards near or full continence). She gave me the basics to working these but now that I’m feeling this IS my biggest need I’m searching to be as effective as possible. Ideas/experiences? Thanks

In person PT-what’s used?

5 months out, getting there but like one poster here put it I’m trying to get to that last mile. A 3 month out virtual visit was very helpful but I think in person is in order now. I filled out their questionnaire and waivers, etc but am curious what “tools” (that their site alludes to!) are used in the consult? How invasive is it??? What should I be prepared for???

Puppet in 7.99 Lg 1 topping commercial

Just woke up so maybe my judgment is clouded. The puppet in the new commercial at first sight brings back fond memories of the Noid which the internet still seems to have adored. Found it funny that Dominos put zero effort to make the puppet’s mouth movements match the voiceover’s words. Not lovable. More freakish. Anyone else?
