I had to move from Chitubox to SatelLite because my new Jupiter 2 isn’t supported by Chitibox unfortunately. Beside the fact that SatelLite is some 5x slower than Chitubox with every operation I made so far, for the love of god I can not figure out how to remove those useless micro supports that do nothing but ruin the print. I tried YouTube, I tried to find a comprehensive manual and I tried to figure it out on my own which I am usually good at but I am starting to feel lost. How can I just batch select an area from let’s say a side view (like drawing an area and every support in it gets selected) and just press delete? Just like how any 3d software I have been using for 25 years works? This software doesn’t seem to be very intuitive.

… gets stuck to PET film AND the build plate in a way that the mechanics can’t move the plate up anymore and the build plate snaps down when gears give way, splashing resin everywhere. Exchanged the PET film twice for a new one, all done to the book. Leveled the build plate again as well, no luck. Everything has always worked well until it didn’t anymore. When I adjust the exposure time down a bit, all I get what is seen in the pictures, the print just stays on the PET film. I am at a loss. Even recommended lubricant for the PET film didn’t do the trick. The nature of my prints (outside this test print seen in the images) always do have a large footprint and if Angeles, the raft would have a large one too.
Any ideas what is going on? At this point I am stuck.
