Picked this up recently, seems pretty rare.

Bought this from Vinted and looks stunning. Does everything I would want from a Walkman from a technical perspective. However…

I believe there may be an issue with the belt, as I can’t get it to spin at all. The radio works fine and it does everything else. Just can’t get a tape to work.

Would rather find someone local who can open it up, clean it, maybe service the belt if needed. Can pay cash. Don’t want to open it myself and break something.

I went to a gaming market in my hometown and was going through all the Japanese imports to see what I could find. They had a few Digimon PS2 imports which were out of my price range, but I picked this up for only £5.

I don’t know any Japanese really, but it certainly makes a nice display piece! The artwork is really cool too.
