a tangy cream cheese batter with fresh blueberry and jammy bits folded in + homemade vanilla whisky extract

simple icing of vanilla, powdered sugar and milk

topped with fresh blueberries and purple cornflower blossoms

went for mushrooms, glutinous rice flour, quail eggs, and gochujang

picked up a few treats and my favorite flavor of coconut milk drink

husband paid but the total was around $50

Unpacked the molds out of my fall decoration box (I made cornbread in them last year) and had this silly idea. Took them out of the molds too soon because I was very impatient. 🌽

layered house brand lime sherbet, haagen dazs vanilla ice cream and tillamook strawberry ice cream

painted the stripes with lime jello dyed a darker green

mini chocolate chips for seeds

if my nieces didn't love strawberry ice cream I would have used a darker pink sorbet to really complete the look

torta:

made the telera roll, used beans from my garden for the sandwich spread, pickled onions and jalapeños, ham
