The game is borderline a horror game for me lol.
I'm playing blind for the first time and probably haven't even seen the worst of it but man I'm already gonna have nightmares.
Giant Crows with fangs, Several freaky ass dog hybrid things, 7 face spider thing, GIANT HANDS FALLING FROM THE CEILING.
My heart rate is elevated constantly. Amazing art team on this game seriously.
So fucking crazy that we are coming up on the 6 year anniversary of HIFN.... Time really is just blurring and blitzing by.
But anyways I was listening to it in my car today and I started crying when c2.0 came on.
What I realized was that in 2020 (I was 19 O: ) when it dropped the song made me think about my high school friends who I was missing and couldn't even see cause of covid.
Now 6 years later the song is making me miss my friends from when the song came out!
In 2020 I got a friend group of these straight boys, which was kind of monumental for me cuz I always struggled making guy friends growing up (gay boy shit).
And they were so chill man, I made them listen to Charli! and they loved her!
I got them into all kinds of shit like PC music and SOPHIE and 100 gecs.
But yeah anyways.
Now I hear c2.0 and think about them and those times...
HIFN really is my favorite album of all time. I love you forever.
