Ok so I’m 8 days late to this video. But oh my god.

I am incredibly familiar with Katya and pretty familiar with MBB as well. And I still barely knew what was going on for half of it.

Howdy. Adventure mode account. I currently don't have magic unlocked and its probably still a bit of a ways away for me.

I had a slayer task to kill dark wizards and I dropped 3/4 of his armour set, the green (Powerful) wand, and a few of his shield.

I'm wondering if any of this I should hold onto until I unlock magic.

My bank slots are kind of tight... I keep getting new stuff and I'm a natural hoarder.

The black armour seems pretty strong for magic but considering I dropped 3/4 during the task it doesnt seem too rare. The shield doesnt seem very good so i think I'm gonna trash those.

In addition to these specific items, is there any monster drops I should keep an eye out to save for when i do magic and/or ranged?

Ive already got a Desert Shortbow and an Elerine Longbow.

Hey guys, about a week and a half in on adventure mode right now.

Last time I played I barely touched combat.

I’m noticing that almost every fight from regular monsters to especially dungeons seem to be designed in a way that you need to be able to farm them repeatedly in order to get something good from them.

Nothing wrong with that. But I have a lot of free time and I’m wondering if there are any fights that are worth manually pushing for.

I did do the undead stronghold a little early and got the cool gem things but I can farm that afk now.

So I grabbed cooking early in my adventure mode because I needed food and I was killing so many cows I had a ton of raw beef.

At this point in the game I am definitely regretting it. I chose thieving for money instead of fishing.

I didn’t really realize that you can’t unlock the furnace or pot without unlocking smithing and fire making, neither of which hold other benefits for me.

And EVERYTHING after beef is fish lmao.

I made it to 40ish just from cooking beef for combat. But it’s slowed very significantly.

I’m currently in the awkward bridge phase to Monkey thieving. I’ve got Summoning and Thieving leveled great just need to hit my 10k for Crafting unlock.

I have farming unlocked and right now a ton of watermelons. Still working to get snape grass and carrots setup.

But my combat is at a point where I’m really pushing into harder stuff now and need a lot and good food.

So my current best target is Fisherman but his lowest cookable fish is 50 cookingZ

Basically I’m wondering if it’s worth continuing to thief the dockhand instead because he has lower fish that I can use to push cooking to 50… but it’s really painfully slow honestly and feels like stalling.

TLDR: Should I just push my cash forward and rely on my crops for the time being or bite the bullet and grind out some stupid fish.

I feel like I’m trapped into doing the fish grind at SOME point, because the alternative is smithing firemaking unlock which are gonna be 500k skills for me.

(Also I know I’m just being a baby about it. It’s probably one overnight thieving fish and a few hour cook session but I’m on the precipice of greater things!)

The Vampire Weekend x Charli collab is coming, I feel it in my bones.

Rostam name drop on MFF. He was on her podcast before and produced a couple songs but this is some real deal shit for sure.

The instrumentals on this album are the closest sonically that Charli has ever been to VW and honestly like MFF to OGWAU I can see a bridge I can see it.

She collabed with Julian on Brat remix and John Cale on Wuthering she wants the rock nachos shes coming for it!

Now we play the waiting game.

The game is borderline a horror game for me lol.

I'm playing blind for the first time and probably haven't even seen the worst of it but man I'm already gonna have nightmares.

Giant Crows with fangs, Several freaky ass dog hybrid things, 7 face spider thing, GIANT HANDS FALLING FROM THE CEILING.

My heart rate is elevated constantly. Amazing art team on this game seriously.

So fucking crazy that we are coming up on the 6 year anniversary of HIFN.... Time really is just blurring and blitzing by.

But anyways I was listening to it in my car today and I started crying when c2.0 came on.

What I realized was that in 2020 (I was 19 O: ) when it dropped the song made me think about my high school friends who I was missing and couldn't even see cause of covid.

Now 6 years later the song is making me miss my friends from when the song came out!

In 2020 I got a friend group of these straight boys, which was kind of monumental for me cuz I always struggled making guy friends growing up (gay boy shit).

And they were so chill man, I made them listen to Charli! and they loved her!

I got them into all kinds of shit like PC music and SOPHIE and 100 gecs.

But yeah anyways.

Now I hear c2.0 and think about them and those times...

HIFN really is my favorite album of all time. I love you forever.
