First two are a hot milk sponge with whipped cream, fresh strawberries and jam we made, the next two are a braided cardamom loaf with pearl sugar, he later turned into French toast, and lastly is a queen Elizabeth cake!

Air muffins for all!
Came home to a whole loaf of cardamom braid today! Took as much of the advice that I could immediately apply and after I read through a few things people sent :) used the light from the window (it’s always overcast here) and set up a large white board to reflect some light from the other side. Also made sure my back line was as straight as I could and removed most props to start with just focusing on the food. Also moved stuff around a bit to try out different angles and such :)
Still got the whimsy I was looking for with the colors and the feeling of the clouds in the sky ☁️
