Mecha Man Reinhardt: The only actual mech in Overwatch doesn't really work for this because D.Va's mech isn't really shaped like Mecha Man.

Blonde Blazer Domina: The arms and the fact she has a gun are obviously a bit bothersome but I think her silhouette fits Blonde Blazer perfectly. Her jacket that she wears on her shoulders can easily become Blazer's cape and her beam and abilities could be changed in 1st person so they resemble the energy that Blazer shoots out of her hands. As a second choice I think Brigitte would work, although she doesnt fly. Maybe Juno but she's a bit too small imo.

For Shroud I guess Ramattra could work too, but Reaper fits him way better.

Prism, other than Sojourn also fits Symmetra, and her deployables would be Prism's illusions. Sierra would be my 1. candidate if not for the fact that her hair is essential to her silhouette.

Others are pretty obvious.
