Finally done with Better Call Saul!

I never knew this show exisited, I watched BB and loved Saul's Character. Later got to know that there is a spinoff for BB. I started watching BCS from December 2025 and I was not consistently watching it. Felt the starting few episodes were slow but later realized its importance. I loved the peak writing skills involved in this series. I got to say I became fan of Nacho Varga!!. >!Yes I felt extremely sad when his character ended !<Even Lalo Salamanca was soo good in this show. Lalo was by far the best villain I have ever seen.I still can't believe nacho and lalo were just throw away words in BB and they turned out to be the best characters in this series. >!Personally I was not feeling convinced by the death of Lalo. It was crytsal clear negative plot armour as Lalo is not there in BB!<. Kim was such a good character(Thank god Vince gave us a good female character after punishing us with Skyler in BB 😂 ). Howard was such a great character tooo. >!He didn't deserve that kind of disrespect and his death was unacceptable. Felt very sorry for him.!<And how can I forget the most loved character Mike, such a great guy and deserves respect!! Chuck too influenced me to a good extent. Needless to say Gus was brilliant here too.

Now that Iam done with BCS, BB and El Camino. I can finally say Bravo Vince!!

I will take a small break from web series but would definitely like to hear your recommendations for next shows which I should watch.

Is there any negative stigma attached with curd rice?

I used to take curd rice as lunch sometimes in my school days, I was always ridiculed by people calling me as lame, weak, idiot etc...

I genuinely like curd rice and it has good with taste if taken with proper side dish like veggies or pickle.

Is it same for you?

Anyone here follows this show?

I would have watched almost all episodes of season 1. Came with high hopes for this season 2. I found it good but jokes were very diluted by samay is my feeling this time. Full focus was on alia this episode. I hope that atleast in future epsiodes samay comes up with his older and wilder version.

Until then let's wait, support and cheer!

Anyone else facing an Aavin blue milk shortage in Chrompet(Radha Nagar)?

We're a family of 5 in Chrompet and have been struggling to get Aavin blue milk packets for the past few days.

We usually buy from the Aavin shop on Panchayat Colony Road, but the shopkeeper has been saying there's an acute shortage and that they're receiving much less stock than usual. Most days the packets get sold out quickly or aren't available at all.

Just wanted to check if this is happening only in our area or its everywhere the same issue.

Why do Indian parents think whey protein is unhealthy but happily give thier kids Horlicks/Bournvita?

I have always found this a bit strange.

Many Indian parents immediately assume whey protein is bad for health, chemicals, or somehow related to steroids. But the same parents are perfectly happy giving their kids Horlicks, Bournvita, Complan, yada yada ...., which often contain a lot of added sugar and heavy sucrose.

Whey protein is literally a milk protein and has much less sugar than so called health drinks.Yet it gets treated like some dangerous supplement.

Is this just because of marketing tactics by so called health drinks or is there another reason why whey protein has such a negative image among Indian parents?

Did your parents react the same way when you started taking whey?

Why did cricket broadcasts switch from the batter's perspective to the bowler's perspective?

I was watching some old Test match highlights from the 1970s, 80s and 90s, and one thing immediately stood out.

In older broadcasts, the main camera angle was almost like you were standing at the striker's end facing the bowler. It felt much easier to appreciate pace, swing and seam movement. Fast bowlers looked genuinely terrifying from that angle.

But in modern cricket (especially from the 2000s onwards) it seems to be looking towards the batter from bowling end. It's great for seeing field placements and tracking shots into the outfield. I love both the perspectives but Iam curious when did this major shift happen? And what's your opinion on both broadcasting styles?

In the mayhem of Patidar’s scintillating knock, let’s not forget our clutch player

Patidar absolutely stole the show last night, no doubt about that innings. But Krunal Pandya’s 43(28) deserves way more appreciation than it’s getting.

While everyone will remember the fireworks from Patidar, Krunal was the one holding the innings together from the other end when things could’ve easily gone downhill. He absorbed pressure, rotated strike, and made sure Patidar could play freely without feeling like he had to do everything alone. Especially after 2 big wickets of Koach & DDP

If Krunal hadn’t played that stabilizing knock, the pressure on Patidar would’ve been massive and the innings might’ve looked very different.

One of those innings that won’t dominate highlights, but was absolutely crucial to the result.

Has DMK Already Missed the Bus?

I genuinely feel DMK may have missed the bus politically. If things continue like this, DMK could slowly become irrelevant in the future.

One major issue is the lack of a strong national face(congress left DMK alliance). Meanwhile, TVK already has massive emotional influence among young people through Vijay’s popularity and they have Congress for national face. What looks like fan culture today can easily become a solid long term vote bank tomorrow.

Another concern is alliances. Most parties will ultimately side with whoever has momentum and public energy. Many parties supporting TVK externally today could eventually drift away from DMK and join a TVK led front. This Could Leave DMK Completely Isolated with no one in thier support.

At the same time, the NDA remains intact with a strong national leadership. So the future could realistically become NDA vs a TVK alliance, leaving DMK stuck in the middle of nowhere.

The biggest warning sign is the younger generation. Many young voters today are driven more by emotion, personality, and social media influence than ideology. If DMK fails to reinvent itself and connect with them, the party risks slowly fading away over the next decade.

The Dangerous Rise of Blind Political Worship

I am soo scared of what Vijay has done to the mindset of young people. Recently, I had a family get together, and of course the topic slowly drifted to state politics. I had seen a lot of videos where children were abusing their parents and saying disrespectful things, but I honestly thought they were scripted. To my surprise, I realized I had been living under a rock. I saw a few very small children shouting “TVK! TVK! TVK!” whenever the elders discussed the negatives of Vijay and how he might hamper the state’s growth.

What truly scared me was not just the shouting, but the complete blind attachment being built at such a young age. These are children who are only 5 or 6 years old, yet their minds are already being shaped politically before they are even old enough to understand governance, policies, or consequences. I genuinely fear that many of them may grow up without ever questioning or thinking critically before voting. They may simply continue supporting the same person emotionally because that mindset was planted into them during childhood.

And if this keeps growing generation after generation, his vote bank may only keep increasing over time.Unchecked powers have always given miserable governance

Scary times ahead let's see what happens
