I have the above computer specs and it's slow. I', using firefox and i turned on hardware acceleration and made some other small changes and it's much faster but still slow. 3 tabs including youtube takes up 90% of the memory. Is there a way I can make it more lightweight?

The past 10 years I went on meds that I didn't understand, I finally get why people called me naive. I went on blind trust for the longest time. I was in complete denial that people could be so wrong. I thought maybe I was wrong. But no, sometimes people are wrong. And meds are actually almost always wrong to start.
I learned a lot though, about communication, advocacy, self awareness, and friendship and family and travel.
I have $15k in debt. 0 income. 0 assets. And I'm in my 30s. But, I have my parents, I have friends, I have a dog, I have a home, and I can pick myself up.
These last 10 years- covid was brutal for everyone. But it's been 3 years since it ended. When I think about it I still get depressed. I think for my next session with my therapist I'll discuss covid, or other trauma points and how it is preventing me from getting a job for so long.
But what I wanted to say was that I did other things- I did online courses, travel, part time work, so it wasn't a waste and maybe I'm not a failure. Just unorthodox.
The space feels like new! I jsut gotta sweep the floor- and tidy clutter. I'll do it tomorrow maybe and then work on my resume and just move on...xD
I called up a friend after who said he was lying in bed. He got annoyed with me and made a big deal about him needing to rest- but then why not explicitly say that off the bat? I guess my chipper attitude was annoying. :/

I think it's quite helpful. I've tried dozens upon dozens of notebooks and right now my favorite is Field Notes Steno Pad. I diary in the back and in the front record my day.
I'm gonna journal now, and I wouldn't recommend it really because it's atraditional unorthodox whatever but it works for me. 😛

So I lost my job a few weeks ago. I'm on medication- abilify and hydroxene- to help me stabilize but I still have a lot of anxiety for some reason. It's friday. I have nothing due. Tomorrow I have a hangout that I hope will be fun. It's the weekend. My emails are okay. I need to update my website a little bit. but overall no big deal. I have $400 in the bank, 15k in debt (college) and live at home with my parents.
IDK my heart was held in a vice earlier but typing it all has relaxed my nerves. IDK what I'm looking for. Any thoughts?
Do you find that it helps? What's your experience? I've found it helps. I spoke to my psych and she said a lot of people are on Abilify and that it helps some of her clients with PMDD. Just curious about anyone else's experiences out there.
