What is Jacky's use case in this current meta?

I know it's common knowledge that Jacky is indeed an F tier brawler, and sometimes regarded as the worst brawler in the game. But my question is, does she have ANY use? Like are there any top meta brawlers that she counters? Any particular map in Ranked's rotation that suits her?

Or is she really just useless?

(Android) My profile picture keeps off centering itself whenever I try to update it. Is there any way to resolve this?

Only thing I can find by searching is reducing the image pixels to 256x256, but it makes the quality look awful
