Rob Refsnyder might be the worst player in MLB

There's a fair case for Ref to be called the worst hitter in MLB. Looking at [the list](https://www.baseball-reference.com/leagues/majors/2026-standard-batting.shtml) of all hitters in MLB we see that there's 42 players who have posted an OPS+ under 12 so for.

Many of these guys have only a handful of ABs but we see Refsnyder has been allowed to come to the plate 73 times, much more than nearly all others who have a similar OPS+. This adds up to a -0.6 WAR which is 10th worst in the AL despite most of nine players ahead of him having way more playing time.

Allowing someone with a 11 OPS+ hitting .109/.178/.203 to continue to recieve playing time and BAT LEADOFF last night is unacceptable. Shockingly he's been arguably worse against lefties where he's 5-51 on the season.

And he's not getting better; in May so far he has a pair of singles in a joke of line of .074/.129/.074. Oh and he's 35, so there's a fair case to be made that his already-limited skillset has completely evaporated.

This guy has no place on the roster and should never be beating leadoff.

This episode shows what could have been if Victorious was allowed to explore and really let the characters develop. As it stands, I think this is easily the best Victorious episode and among the better television episodes in general of the 2010s .

Wok Star revolves around a play Jade wrote and hopes to direct. It can be inferred that she worked very hard and feels very proud of her play. But Hollywood Arts refuses to finance her play, saying it's "weird and disturbing." This shows how young, unproven writers and aspiring directors often are unable to secure funding for their projects from well-established studios, and are forced to turn to alternative methods to finance their ambitions. Which is what happens to Jade, as she turns to Mrs. Lee for the requisite funds.

Mrs. Lee, it turns out, is only willing to put up the money if her daughter is given a part. This parallels real-life Hollywood, where executive producers (such as Mrs. Lee) exert an overwhelming amount of creative control over unproven directors and scriptwriters by way of threatening to withhold their patronage. By initially agreeing to include Mrs. Lee's daughter, Jade is effectively being forced to compromise her creative vision to secure funding for her play, which dilutes and distorts the original meaning and messages in her play.

Of course, the gang hatches a plan to preform the play in its original vision by sidetracking Mrs. Lee at her restaurant. This is clearly a reference to the celebrity-obsessed socialites so common in real-life Hollywood. Since Mrs. Lee is willing to miss her daughter's play (that she also produced), it can be inferred that she values the attention and social boon that comes with being seen with celebrities higher than even her own daughter.

On the subject of daughters we should also look at Jade's relationship with her father. A deep reading of Jade's character reasonably shows that her childhood and family life was less than ideal and that this might be at least a contributing reason to her personality. Yet she clearly strives for and wants to make her family proud, as she is nervous and excited when it is revealed her father will be attending her play. This shows that Jade's primary reason for wanting to show her play in its original version isn't to make money or receive accolades; it's to win the approval of her father. The case could be made that Mrs. Lee's treatment of her daughter (screaming "more power" at her repeatedly and missing her performance to get a picture of a celebrity) is a direct parallel to Jade and possibly similar behavior to what Jade experienced growing up.

All in all, Wok Star is an excellent piece of media and the best episode of Victorious. There's a lot going on in this episode and the characters are dynamic and fun while showing a surprising amount of nuance. I think this episode is severely underrated and in my opinion is among the 10 best television episodes of the decade.

Also Jade is the best.

Last night I was watching Anna Hazelnutt climb and thought I'd try and nut. I couldn't. Usually I uave no problem nutting in tight cracks and on faces. In fact I have a saying: "passive pro makes it go" and try to place as many nuts in as many positions as possible. But for some reason I couldn't nut. Any ideas why not?

After Anna's video ended YouTube autoplayed a Magnum Meatball video and I nutted right away fwiw

To celebrate my last child support payments my new baby momma and I want to have a bon fire! Somewhere up Miller Creek/Schwartz creek. Figure we meet in the Wal-Mart parking lot at 11 Friday night and roal cole all the way there. Ya'll be dick-ridin that liberal boba budby but I'm your budweiser bro. (Except we don't drink bud because they went WOAK)

My ex's cousin's sidepiece works at home depot and she let me take some pallets to burn! Plus their the coated ones so they burn brighter and longer. And I wanna burn the mattress that my ex and I made a baby on so yeah u can say the fire will be legit. I figure we throw down for a few 30 racks of Nattie ice, a log or 3 of Copeinhagin Long Cut, a bottle of R&R reserve and some Jack and Coke and twisted tea for the ladies.

My cousin gotta speaker set and I figure we blast some TRUE AMERICAN MUSIC like Blake Shelton, Kid Rock, Jason Aldean, and Lil Pump. Lets get drunk and crunk and celebrate AMERICA. Hell yeah I'll be in my MAGA hat and my KING SHIT tank top with a picture of Donald on the front and Melania's ass on the back and let's throw beer cans in the fire and celebrate FREEDOM.

15+ let’s keep it high school and up

Got my last paycheck and a massive bonus! Wow was not expecting this. I have to say Scott Billadeau is a wonderful person who is healthy and strong and caring and handsome and an ally to all the underprivileged in the world. If Santa Claus, Gandhi, and Mr. Rogers all had a baby then that baby would be Scott. I think as a gesture of appreciation to a longstanding community member we should all plan to go to the Liquid Planet grille to show our support for the generosity a struggling businessman shows in such trying times!
