There should be a short cooldown before someone can pick up the god you just rerolled

I don't know if I'm the only one this happens to, but it feels like almost every time I reroll a god in Assault, someone instantly grabs the god I rerolled before I can even react.

I get that rerolling means giving up that god, and I'm not saying the game should permanently reserve it for me. But there's a pretty big difference between someone choosing the god after you've rerolled and someone literally hovering over the rerolled god and snatching it immediately.

I'd like to see a short cooldown (maybe 3–5 seconds) where the person who rerolled the god gets priority to pick it back up.

For example:

  • I reroll a god.
  • The god goes back into the pool.
  • For 3–5 seconds, only I can select that god.
  • After the cooldown ends, everyone can pick it normally.

This wouldn't let people abuse the system or permanently lock gods. It would just prevent those situations where you reroll something by accident, change your mind immediately, or realize you'd rather keep it, only for someone to take it instantly.

Maybe there's a better solution than a cooldown, but I think there should be some protection against having your rerolled god immediately snatched.

Has anyone else had this happen constantly?

Handheld kids radio 2005-2011

Used to see them at Walmart in the toy section for like $10-$15, I remember blue pink, red, maybe green colors. I think those circles were knobs. I cannot find this radio anywhere, it was small enough to fit in your hand and was battery operated, AA or AAA batteries. Colors could be switched I can't remember exactly.

Smite 2 feels frustrating to play pt 2: The CC Chains

Another thing that's been making me enjoy Smite 2 less lately is the amount of CC.

I'm not talking about getting caught by one good ability or being punished for being out of position. That's part of the game. I'm talking about getting hit by one piece of CC and then spending the next 3-5 seconds watching your character get bounced between stuns, knock-ups, roots, pulls, and fears while you can't do anything.

Some fights genuinely feel like cutscenes.

You get hit once, beads are down (or the CC lasts longer than beads would matter), and then you just sit there watching your health disappear while your keyboard might as well not exist. At that point you're not really playing the game anymore—you're spectating your own death.

I know crowd control has always been a core part of MOBAs, and I'm not asking for every stun to be removed. The problem is how easily multiple gods can chain everything together with almost no downtime. It feels like there are too many situations where the correct play doesn't matter because you simply never get another chance to make one.

Maybe this is less noticeable in Conquest where fights are more spread out, but in Joust and Assault, where everyone is grouped together almost constantly, it feels way more oppressive. Team fights can turn into "who lands the first CC chain" instead of who positions or plays better.

I still think teamwork and composition are the biggest issues I mentioned in my last post, but this has become another reason I've been stepping away from the game. Losing because I got outplayed is one thing. Losing because I spent half the fight unable to control my character just isn't very fun.

Curious if anyone else has been feeling this lately, or if it's just more noticeable in Joust and Assault.

Does anyone sell replica Skyrim rings?

Looked on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. Nothing that looks like this ring. It could be gold or silver, with any gem.

Title: Replaced Xbox 360 Slim 4GB memory module but it won’t show up in storage

I have an Xbox 360 Slim with the built-in 4GB memory module. The original module died, so I replaced it with another OEM Microsoft Xbox 360S Slim Internal MEMORY 4GB CHIP/Card (1439 Board X854803).

The console powers on and works, but the 4GB storage does not appear at all in the storage settings. Someone told me the replacement module might need to be “flashed” or programmed to the console first.

Is that true? If so, how do you flash/program one of these boards? Do I need special hardware/software, or should it normally just work when installed?

I’m trying to figure out whether the replacement board is defective or if I’m missing a setup step. Any help is appreciated.
