What is the established etiquette om tagging people for IDs on iNaturalist?

Like if I suspect an observation is from a particular genus, should I tag the top identifiers for an ID or is that looked down upon?

I have tagged people before but its an odd hit rate (like maybe 40% of the people will respond). Should I continue with this or is it a faux pas?

PS I just read the rules and saw that we can ask for IDs on here. If anyone enjoys and would like to take some time out to ID some moths, butterflies, beetles, spiders etc please check this out

Might have started an international incident ...

Went to Solitude to hand that captain the book he wanted (The Mirror) and then walked in Castle Dour dungeon just to check things out.

Immediately on entering the dungeon I saw a Thalmor Prisoner and being the civilized being that I am I immediately freed him.

Turns out the Thalmor were there in the dungeon too, in the cell with the prisoner (Bjartur). How they got there is beyond me as I cant seem to unlock this door.

Well the Thalmor went into combat mode because I freed the prisoner. The idiots ... it was the prison guards and me vs 2 Justiciars & a Wizard, fish in a barrel really.

Now I cant even get to their bodies to dispose it off. Will escape through the prison wall and hopefully the guards cover for me since I entered at like 2am.

No regrets tho. I am for the empire and firmly anti Thalmor scum. What are they going to do, go to war against a guy who collects powers from gods for fun?

Indian Pen Manufacturers dont know how to run a business quite frankly. (FP specific)

If you cannot be bothered to talk to a prospective customer _after_ you give them a date and time, why bother to be in business. Between this and the randomly long wait times, its a real turn off.

I may be venting but theres a modicum of truth in this.
