A Familiar Face In Prague

My wife and I went to Prague back in October last year. We’ve both been Bourdain fans for most of our lives. We try to travel as much as we can. Of course we drunkenly stumble in this cool bar late at night in Old Town and were met with a friend.

Need help finding a character

Hi I’m trying to remember a certain character from the show that wore a mask and when he talked he had a loud blown out speaker voice. It was super funny. I’ve seen the show countless times but I can’t for the life of me remember this certain character. Any help is greatly appreciated!
