Storage disks are full of files but cannot access any of them

I recently upgraded my PC and I changed basically everything besides my ram, HDD, and SSD. I added another SSD disk (C drive) to my pc, so in total I have 2 SSDs both 1TB, and 1 200gb HDD. The issue I’m facing is that my old SSD (D drive) and my HDD (E drive) are both full of the old files that I had from my PC before upgrading, including games, etc., yet I can’t access them whenever I go to search on windows.

I moved my old D drive files to my new C drive and it showed to be successfully done, however, I still can’t access most of the games that I had on my old drive.

I was honestly thinking of reformatting my PC so that I can just delete everything and redownload anything when needed cause it’s really annoying having all of my drives full of files that I can’t even access easily.

I was told that maybe the windows system was installed in my new storage disk rather than just adding my new SSD as an extra source of storage which wasn’t something I knew at the time I was at the shop, otherwise I would have told them not to do that.

Is there any fix for this issue that I can do at home and that won’t take super long cus I just want to use my new PC normally without having to waste so much time trying things that won’t work. I also must mention that the PC shop is 30 minutes away so it’s not something I can just go to casually.

Should I upgrade my PC or just get a whole new one?

My current PC specs are:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
Storage 224 GB SSD CT240BX500SSD1, 932 GB HDD ST1000DM010-2EP102
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER (4 GB VRAM)
Device ID 648A53EC-F241-4507-B895-67E04378D9D8
Product ID 00330-80000-00000-AA059
System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Motherboard - PRIME H410M-K

I’m upgrading parts to:
RX 9060XT 16GB
i5-12400F
B670M-K
\\>=650W PSU

I was messaging someone from the PC shop I am going to and he told me Im going to have to upgrade my case and SSD on top of all the stuff I currently want to upgrade so I need any ideas on if it’s really that necessary or not. If I’m going to have to upgrade everything on my PC I might as well just get a whole new PC since none of the parts are going to be kept at that point. I’ve had this PC for around 3-4 years now so the parts are most definitely old but if I can keep some parts that won’t bottleneck the PC, I’d be more than happy.

If it is that necessary to upgrade everything including SSD, case, and anything else, would I be able to keep my ram stick and just use it for my new motherboard since the ram itself nigh as well cost as much as the whole PC with these new prices.

Also, is 650W strong enough to provide for the whole build or should I be looking at 700W+. I don’t mind spending a bit more on PSU since it’s one of the more important parts that make or break the build.

I’m comfortable spending around 3.5-4k AED (for anyone outside the UAE, this is around 1-1.3k ish USD) on this build so if anyone could help out, that would be great.

Where can I find books to read online?

I searched on tiktok and I saw a bunch of people talking about kindle this and epub that and I have no idea what i’m listening to.

I don’t have a kindle and I’m only thinking of beginning so I don’t really want to invest in one, so I’m trying to look for a good alternative online for saving and reading books.

If there are any free alternatives to this kinda thing please let me know.
