Transcending history, and the world, what is your favorite Soul Calibur character?

I love Mitsurugi. He's kind of my jam. I once beat Soul Calibur on Dreamcast with Mitsurugi using the fishing controller.

It feels way more natural than you would expect.

Who is your favorite character?

Found 2 of my Holy Grails in the wild. But, I have question about gold.

I found two games in the wild today that mean a lot to me.

Tengen Tetris: I rented this way back in the day and told people I played a 2 player Tetris on the NES and they didn't believe me. Never expect to see it in a random retro shop.

MicroMachines: Had this game as a kid, I think my uncle got it for me. But I was amazed by the music. It sounded very much like music on the Commodore 64. I saw it years ago and passed on it, so I grabbed it right away when I saw it this time.

My question is... Does anyone have any experience with Gold leaf? I really want to glow up that MicroMachines cart, and I was thinking about building it in actual gold.

Thoughts? Advice?

30mm brim club -(Check In)-

I have been messing with my C5P for a few weeks now.

Has anyone else just given up and started printing everything with a 30mm brim?

I just got tired of purge towers disconnecting, little pieces falling over, supports not holding.

I just decided 30mm was the default brim for everything... And you know what.

Life is so much better.

Always silent mode, always 30mm brim.

Every print finishes.

Unable to get multimaterial support working with Creator 5 Pro.

I don't know what the hell is happening.

I assign the materials to the objects.

It shows them with the materials. When it prints, it starts with nozel 3 for the fire, but when it it switches to nozel 1 for the logs, it never heats up the #1 nozel. It tries to print with nozel #1 at 120 degrees, while keeping nozel 3 at 220 degrees.

I'm so fucking confused.

Heat up nozzle 1 while trying to print from nozzle 3.

I'm trying to print two parts at the same time.

One in PLA 1, and one in PLA 3.

I have selected the parts, chose which nozzle each print should come from, but then it switches to print from nozzle 3... It heats nozzle 1 to 215, then tries to print from nozzle 3. It never heats up nozzle 3, even when it is trying to print from it.

Please help.

I feel like I wasted a lot of money.

Almost a decade of monofilament 3d printing on Prusa printers... I thought I knew how this shit works.

And this is making me feel really fucking stupid.

New 5 Pro vibration question.

I literally just set my 5pro up and have it printing the included benchy

However I noticed this printer wiggles... A lot.

I have it on a massive steelcase desk. The desk itself is rock solid, but the feet on the printer allow it to move around quite a bit.

Is it worth it to firm up the printer, or should it be allowed to dance at full speed?

Buddy's has no Draft Beer.

Just a heads up if you're looking for a place to eat this weekend.

Buddy's Pizzeria will not have any beer on draft.

Meijer 24 hours Signage

How can Meijer keep displaying signs in front of their stores claiming to be 24 hours when they haven't been since COVID.

I see the highway exit information signs that say 24 hours, I see the signs in front of the store that say 24 hours.

I remember reading about a group of people that crashed a car through the front of a Meijer during a tornado because they tried to seek refuge because of the 24 hour sign.

Isn't this like, some kind of false advertising?

Sometimes, I love being an adult.

I was just playing Soul Calibur, and I thought about how happy I would have been even 27 years ago, to be surrounded in epicness.

With everything else that is going on right now, sometimes a gaming cocoon is exactly what you need.
