Image 1 — At what point of One Piece’s story would you say Oda reached his “prime?” For me I’d say the entire Jaya Marine-ford Stretch.

Which arc would you say One Piece truly peaked in its artwork?

In my opinion, it's between Skypiea and Fishman Island. Both respective arcs have some of the most breathtaking panels in the series, Marineford being a close 3rd for me. A lot of people don't talk about the art quality at the start of Post Timeskip. I believe that's when the art looked the crispest. Fishman Island being such a frowned-upon arc is most likely the reason for the lack of appreciation for the arc's artwork. The paneling wasn't the best (in fact, it's been bad since Marineford), but the art was clean and polished, especially compared to arcs like Wano or Egghead, which look like sketches in many panels.
